   I experienced multiple delays to have Golans come pick up my original items. They patiently waited and did a marvelous job packing my items. The second time when they had to come empty my living room for carpet installation again went extremely well. The staff has been super answering my billing questions. I will highly recommend Golans to anyone needing storage or moving help!

   The customer service was attentive. They called me after the move to ensure everything was satisfactory. They provided a checklist for me to inspect the condition of my belongings. When I pointed out a small scratch on a table, they offered to send a furniture specialist to fix it at no extra cost. They also followed up with an email containing tips for settling into the new home.

   When my parents decided to downsize, we knew we needed a moving company that could handle the job with patience and care. And luckily, Golan's Moving & Storage exceeded our expectations. Their movers carefully packed fragile family heirlooms, and ensured each item was secured for transport. They were incredibly respectful and even helped my parents arrange their furniture in the new space. They deserve all the praise!

   Absolutely THE BEST!!!

   These movers did so much more than just pack and move my stuff! They helped me rearrange the furniture in my new place to make the most of the space. They offered to take down and hang up a heavy mirror, even though it wasn't originally part of the price. The leader of the crew was fantastic, and he kept checking in on me to make sure I was happy and didn't need anything.

   Two movers showed up right on time and were eager to get started. They used their strength to lift my heavy washing machine and dryer onto the truck. They were also really helpful and took apart my bed frame for me. They wrapped my mattress in plastic to protect it during the move.

   They had an excellent show, I must say. They eventually succeeded because they persisted despite the rain. These movers put in a lot of effort to pack as quickly as possible, even though the trip to my new place was difficult and drawn out.

    I can’t recommend them enough!

    I hired Golan's Moving & Storage to move my elderly parents into their retirement home, and the crew was so patient, kind, and respectful. They packed everything meticulously, taking extra care with my parents’ favorite recliners, family photo albums, and medical equipment. They took time to chat with my dad about his old record collection while packing it up. Moving is emotional, and Golan's Moving & Storage handled it with so much heart. I can’t recommend them enough!
