   Service Excellence!

   The service I received from GreaterBayMoving Company was absolutely first class. From the first day when Aaron came and reviewed the inventory to the last day, when debris were picked up, it was absolutely some work of superior professionalism, kindness and extending service above and beyond what was expected. They helped me cope with a very stressful time and I am very much appreciative of that. I am truly happy with the service and have already recommended the company to my brother who is also going to utilize moving services on 10/3.   If you are searching for a company that would eliminate moving related stress from you, please hire them! Their workers are all professionals, polite and are extraordinarily cautious with your items. We had almost 11 thousand pounds of items, they did not break even a plate! Everything was packed as they came from the store brand new. Beds and other furniture, they dismantled were put back professionally with professional tools. They bring in a big 18 wheel moving van all organized and safely put. They even offered to water the plant for us while it was held in their storage (by our request). I really was not ready for such service. The moving supervisor, answered all of my questions (and there were many!).   In the Bay, where customer service is slowly disappearing from most businesses, GreatBayMoving is a breath of fresh air for sure.    GBR Move and Service.

   From estimate to final delivery perfect.  Provided an estimate, with options, once selected followed up with a phone call as to date needed.  Was very accomodating, and called the day before to confirm.  Arrived on time, with the right number of resources (movers), and went to work once we toured the house.  We were only moving across town but we where done in 6.5 hrs.    Great job and highly recommend.
