   Greenday Moving is my go-to vendor for EVERY one of my moves. This has been the 4th time I’ve used them and it was extra special as it was a move into my first condo as a new homeowner. I always appreciate the convenience, A1 customer Jose and Paulo were my movers this go around — they were very communcative, efficient, and got the job done for me in the midst of a hot afternoon. I always appreciate the moving team who makes moving less stressful for me and ensures all of my items make it safely. All of my things are secured and damage free. The rates include all of the supplies, the truck, and directly pays each person for the time they spend moving. No hidden fees and its all transparent which is why I will always stick with Greenday Moving! 10/10 recommend for anyone deciding to use a moving company.

   I hired Green Day moving to move my mother to a new apartment, the mover were careful and very helpful getting boxes situated and ready for the move. When they arrived at the new apartment they quickly got everything moved in and put everything in the rooms carefully. Fast knowledgeable mover did excellent job. Would recommend using Green Day moving for your next move. Great job thanks guys !!

   They are very professional and efficient. We used them to move a few years ago and we are now using them to move again. They are great would not consider using anyone else! They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible!

   Unexpected Costs and Lack of Follow Up From Owner

   I am sharing this experience to help others evaluate whether this moving company is the right choice for them. The moving crew themselves were professional and hardworking. They showed up ready to work, packed our truck efficiently, and handled large items carefully. They took extra time to rebox our 75 inch television back into its original packaging and properly wrapped a heavy TV stand with a built in fireplace. From a labor and organization standpoint, the crew did their job well. The problems came from scheduling, pricing, and communication. The movers arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled and the job ran close to an hour beyond the estimate. I was billed for three hours, which I expected. I had already paid a $100 deposit. Once everything was finalized, including tipping the movers, the total cost came out to roughly $942 for about three hours of labor. This was a significant increase from the initial quote of just over $200. While I understand that moving costs can change, this level of increase should have been explained far more clearly. After the move, we ran into a more serious issue. Once we arrived in Florida and started unpacking, we discovered that the remote controls for both the television and the fireplace were missing. We went through every box multiple times. The movers were the last ones to handle these items. I contacted the owner to report the issue. He told me he would speak with the movers the next day and get back to me. That follow up never happened. I reached out again later in the week and received no response. At that point, it felt like once the job was paid for, the responsibility ended. This lack of communication was especially frustrating during a cross country move. When items go missing, customers need answers, not silence. Another important consideration is insurance coverage. This company does not carry full insurance. The coverage offered is weight based and pays only a few cents per pound. If you are moving high value or sentimental items, this is something you should fully understand before booking. For comparison, the movers we hired in Florida unloaded the truck in under two hours, were well organized, and carried $10,000 in insurance coverage. While the crew worked hard and performed well physically, the poor communication from the owner, the unexpected pricing jump, and the unresolved missing items mean I would personally choose a different company in the future. If you are researching movers in Utah, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about pricing, communication expectations, and insurance coverage before making a decision.

   Very poor service.

   We had arranged for a move and told that we didn't need to leave a deposit.  We received a phone call 10 days before the scheduled move telling us that they wouldn't be able to moved us on the promised day.  We had already scheduled closing on own home.  They said they had double booked and because we didn't place a deposit they needed to cancel and could only do it a week later (after we had already closed on selling our home and needed to be out of our house.)  The lady that called was very rude and non-apologetic.  I would not recommend.
