   Great movers!

   I hired Greens Moving and Storage to help my son and my 7 month pregnant daughter-in-law move from East Rapid City to West Rapid City the first part of Sept. They were at the house the kids were moving out of right on time and were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get the truck loaded in a timely manner. We had a very large refrigerator that barely fit through the door and had to be twisted and turned around corners that we wouldn't have had a clue how to do. Once they got everything loaded, they almost beat us to the new house and had everything unloaded very quickly! There was only one door wide enough to bring the big refrigerator through and they came up with a way to get it into that door that noone else had thought of. There was a railing in the way that had to be taken down and then they used a ramp that was on the truck to, once again, twist and turn it to get it into the new house. Brandon and Matt did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a couple of hard working movers to help ease the stress of moving!

   Everyone we worked with at Greens Moving & Storage was very professional and friendly. Our questions were answered promptly and the movers were on time for the estimate and both ends of our move. They took great care of all of our furniture and belongings on our move to another state. Moving across state lines with a 5 month old baby is difficult, but they made our move go very smoothly. We were very impressed with the job they did and especially their customer service. We would highly recommend them for any moving job be it big, small, local, or across state lines. This was by far the best experience with movers we have ever had and their pricing is very competitive!

   The crew you provided (Shane, Brandon, Arik, and Ken) were awesome. They worked fast and were very familiar with the right way to get things protected and loaded. Even the large safe was moved without issue. I would definitely call you again if I ever were to relocate in the future.

   We have moved numerous times over the years and have utilized a host of different companies. The experience provided by Green's Moving & Storage was by far the best we have had. Josh did an outstanding job of coordinating our moving needs and was adaptive to our changing schedule. The loading date and delivery date were honored, and the projected time frames for each were exact, making for a very smooth transition. During the moving process, Shayne and Chris exhibited the dedication, hard work and exceptional customer service of true professionals; a great combination of characteristics during a stress filled time. Because we have experienced many movers over the years, it makes it easy to say that we would not recommend any other moving company in the Rapid city area. Thanks for the outstanding job!

   Recommend Green's Moving & Storage, Rapid City, SD.

   Green’s Moving & Storage were great.  They gave helpful information on packing -- what to take with us and what to send by van, how to pack pictures, etc.   The crew worked well together and were good humored, too.   About 30 days in advance of our move they set a date to load and a date to deliver, both of which were kept.  And they arrived when they said they would.     Josh and Don were very professional and easy to work with.  Josh prepared the bid and was helpful with suggestions on how to pack certain things that we were going to pack.  He was responsive to my questions by phone and by e-mail.   Don was crew leader for the loading and unloading.  His crew out of Rapid City were hard workers and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely Green's.  .

   **Update** My things were delivered to me from South Dakota. The person who signed the contract informed me my things should be delivered June 2nd. Then he said it was changed two different times. The moving company advised me they would not set a specific date but they would give a time frame. My things were delivered June 27 after being picked up on May 23. After the mover delivered my things and noticed my bed frame and rails were missing, he told me he called and informed his boss and that they will have my items delivered "ASAP". For a week I tried to get in touch with the owner with no luck. I posted reviews online and reported them to the BBB and finally a few days later I was contacted. Travis, one of the owners, said he sent my frame via UPS on 7/8. I received my bed frame on 7/11, only it was not my bed frame. I opened that package on 8/12 and immediately called Green's moving and storage the following morning. They were aware there may have been a problem but were waiting for me to contact them. Travis told me he will get my headboard to me and to go ahead and keep the one they sent to me and he will deal with the repercussions. 8/20 I have not received my headboard, so I called the company. Once again, Travis is not in the office. I advised them I would be going out of town the following week and was concerned about my frame being left outside while I was gone. The secretary informed me they were planning on sending my frame on the next truck that is going to Tennessee in September. I was not ok with this arrangement and let her know I didn’t want to wait that long for it. I did not get a returned call for over 2 weeks. 9/5 I called again. This time I spoke with Travis, he advised me he did not return my call because they were under the impression I wouldn’t be in town. I didn’t understand why he didn’t keep in touch to set up arrangements to deliver my property. He then threatened to sue me if I posted anymore reviews about his company. I did not appreciate being bullied like this. After being extremely rude and laughing at me he finally agrees to send my things via UPS after I repeatedly told him I would not wait for a truck to come because those dates aren’t set in stone. I waited yet another week. 9/13 I called yet again, of course Travis was not in and neither was the other owner Brady. The secretary left yet another message to return my calls. Throughout this entire process from 5/23-9/16 I have only received ONE returned call. I have been patient long enough and agreed not to post another review if we could handle this situation. I have been lied to, laughed at, and threatened to be sued for advising consumers of the practices of this company. I only want my property back.   ** Original review from Jul 05, 2013 ** Do NOT use this company if you are moving out of state! They changed my date twice because another order they had changed their dates. My stuff came 24 days later than original delivery date. These people do not put the customer first, they deliver how they see fit and only send 1 guy on the trip and he tries to find someone to help him when he gets to the delivery site. When my stuff did arrive they left my bed frame in their warehouse and a week later still won't return my calls.
