   Guardian Sent us their A-Team :)

   Deno, Jamil and Alvarez called and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They came as they said they would. They were very hard workers. They were kind and let me keep a chair while they were loading because I have a bad back. I Truly appreciated this. They were very careful with our furniture and wrapped each piece in blankets. We moved to Kirby Pines and the unit was not ready as promised! The unit was full of Kirby Pines workers trying to install ceiling fans and a stack washer and dryer which meant they had to take the door off the bedroomto get it in to the space for the W/D. This blocked the movers from getting their stuff placed in that room! These poor guys were trying to work with their hands tied behind their backs. It was very difficult for them but they carried on with a good attitude. I highly recommend these 3 guys. They did us a great job.

   Last Minute Local Move

   Guardian moving company moved me at the last minute. Deno, William, and Alvarez did my move in a fast and efficient way. They were courteous and made sure everything was done in a professional matter. Couldn’t ask for better movers or a better company to move us.

   Great Customer Service.

   The staff at Guardians are Amazing. They did an excellent job with our move, which included a lot of antique furniture. The items they packed were well protected and arrived in perfect condition. One small piece of trim came off an antique desk (clearly old, loose glue), and they brought the trim piece in and handed it to me. Many movers wouldn't have even noticed it, much less "hand delivered" it. We had one piece of furniture to be delivered to a furniture dealer, and the scheduling became complicated. I cannot thank Guardian enough for their patience and flexibility in making this happen. We received excellent service for a very fair price. We will definitely use Guardian for our next move.

   We were told by Linda Hartman who said that their movers were professionals and know what they are doing!! That is a BOLD FACE LIE! Linda came to our house sat in my recliner and said that the movers knew how to handle sleep number beds and took care of the customer things! The movers that showed up on July 13th and 14th reeked of pot/ didn't care about labeling the boxes I don't think they knew how to read or write because they put the boxes that I packed and had labeled myself in places other than what was written on the box! The boxes they packed up they didn't label. Also the movers broke my pine bed at the old house and tried putting it together broken at the new home and didn't say shit about it! Also these so called professionals destroyed our sleep number mattress they ripped it all the way around and left the mattress covers off at the old house!! We told Linda we wanted the 25,000 upgraded insurance and she 3 times while sitting in my living room and you don't get an itemized contract either so you don't get to see exactly what you are going to be signing for you get an ESTIMATE but that's not a contract!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SNEAKING AND UNDERHANDED!! THE MOVERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!! WE GOT THE REJECTS OF MEMPHIS TENNESSEE BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY HIRE!! GO WITH MAJOR LEAGUE MOVING COMPANY WHICH IS WHO WE SHOULD HAVE USED! BUT WE TOOK THE CHEAP WAY OUT AND CHEAP WAS WHAT WE GOT!! WE SHOULD HAVE PAID THE 8300.00 WITH MAJOR LEAGUE INSTEAD OF THE 5600.00 WITH MAYFLOWER! I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU DO GET CHEAP IF YOU PAY FOR CHEAP! THIS COMPANY KNOWS THEY MESSED UP FROM DAY ONE! THE PACKERS DIDN'T PACK UP WHAT I ASKED THEM TO PACK UP AFTER I WALKED THEM AROUND AND SHOWED THEM WHAT I NEEDED THEM TO DO AND I HAD TO GO FINISH UP MYSELF! THE OPERATIONS MANAGER CHANGED UP THE PLAN ON THURSDAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A DAY OF NOTHING BUT PACKING AND THE NEXT DAY WAS NOTHING BUT LOADING AND MOVING SO BOTH DAYS THEY WERE PACKING BOXES AND TRYING TO LOAD TRUCKS WHICH SLOWED DOWN THE MOVING AND THAT CAUSES TIME LOSS!! IF THEY BREAK SOMETHING THAT WEIGHS 25 LBS, YOU GET 25.00 DOLLARS FOR IT BECAUSE AT.60 CENTS A POUND IS HOW THEY CALCULATE YOUR THINGS SO IF YOUR FOOT BOARD OF A BED WEIGHS 160 POUND AND THEY BROKE IT SO .60 CENTS X 160 = 96.00 DOLLARS IS WHAT THEY WILL PAY FOR!! TALK ABOUT AN INSULT TO INJURY ? THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE MAPS ARE FROM 2, 3 &4 YEARS AGO AND ITS FUNNY THERE ARE NO BAD ONES JUST THE 5 STAR ONES!! THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL THEY ARE THAT GOOD BECAUSE I AM PROOF OF THAT!! WE ONLY MOVED FROM MILLINGTON TO ATOKA TENNESSEE AND THEY EFD SHIT UP AND NO ONE OF THEM HAD THE SPINE OR BACK BONE TO BE MEN ABOUT IT EITHER!! BUT I CAN'T EXPECT THAT FROM UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL POT HEADS WHO WHERE HIRED FROM A SHADY, CROOKED, BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT THE MONEY IS ALL THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER CARES ABOUT AND HIRING SWEET LITTLE OLD LADIES WHO ARE GOOD AT SMILING IN YOUR FACE AND SAYING THINGS THAT SOUND GREAT ONLY TO MAKE SURE SHE SCREWS PEOPLE OVER TO JUST SAVE A DIME!!
