Paid $200
Not professional.
Called a month before my move to lynnwood. We needed help unloading our truck we drove from Florida. Gus said he would do a two hour minimum because we only had a couple things we needed help with. Two days before I called to confirm and Gus was confused on what I needed and the time. The next day two guys showed up and one of them could barely pick up anything. My husband ended up helping and 30 minuets later they handed me a bill for $300 and told me it was a 3 hour minimum. I thought they would give me a break given it was under 30 mins and my husband was basically the second mover.. I called Gus who wasn't very friendly and he told me to give them $200. Very unprofessional and I feel ripped off.
