   We have utilized Handle With Care for both local and long distance moving, in addition to having their team load our own trailer. Each time the crew has been polite, efficient and no damage has been incurred. We will continue working with them.

   Outstanding service and assistance with my long-distance move! Second move with Handle with Care, and they truly are the absolute best! From start to finish, the whole team was extraordinary. They took great care of my items, including a treadmill, and worked with me to combine my move to help with cost. They were super quick packing and on delivery. Most importantly, the team is full of honest, genuinely kind people that put the client first. They went above and beyond to make my move work out for me, and I am beyond grateful! Highly recommend!

   Great customer service - professional team

   I recently used Handle with Care for a short move within Michigan with a great deal of fragile furniture. The team was outstanding!! Great communication from the very first call to the company. The team listened to me and my concerns and provided various options of how they could handle things to minimize risk and alleviate concerns I had. They were very careful with the white carpet/wood floors. They were amazingly cautious of avoiding all walls, woodwork and doorways when moving all items - big and small. Their original estimate was within 5% of the final bill. These are professionals and really will handle your property with great care. Will use again and recommend to everyone! I've moved across the country a few times and many other shorter moves and this was the BEST moving operation that I have dealt with.

   WORST MOVING COMPANY

   DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have worked with several moving companies throughout the US in the past and this has been by far the WORST experience. Despite their name, the company was reckless and negligent when it came to packing, transporting and unloading. They broke at least 10 different items including a couch as a result of inappropriate packing and loading (several boxes labeled "fragile" arrived smashed). They were also careless in loading items- leaving several boxes behind that required them to be called to come a second time to retrieve the boxes AND failing to pack numerous items they were instructed to pack, resulting in the customer having to pay over $150 in shipping fees to get the items to the new location. The company failed to update the delivery address which resulted in them showing up to the wrong place and an hour delay for unloading. They also refused to place large furniture items in the correct spots which resulted in additional costs to the customer to have to hire separate movers to complete the job. The worst part of all of this however was the owner's rude, inappropriate and condescending approach to dealing with any of these issues. He refused to take ownership for any of these issues or compensate the customer for the extensive extra costs incurred due to failures on the part of the company (shipping fees, additional mover fees). The owner sent multiple harassing emails wherein he proceeded to call the customer a liar about indisputable issues (such as having previously provided the correct address, documenting items not packed as an error on the part of the company, numerous broken items, and photo-documentation of furniture not being properly placed in the new location). A formal complaint was lodged with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they can intercede and prevent future customers from having to suffer such a horrific experience. As demonstrated by the multiple other 1 star reviews that highlight negligence and rude/inappropriate conduct by the owner, this is a recurrent theme and general business practice for Handle With Care Moving.
