Terrible service and a scam
It’s now over a month that this company picked up my things from my apartment and storage facility. They re-quoted me twice and never reached back out after telling me they needed to re-quoted it again. They never call back or answer my concerns in email or text. This mover was contracted out by North American Moving. I don’t know if I will ever see my belongings again. I am now seeking legal action on both parties for compensation or retrieving my property. Calls go to full voicemail boxes so no message can be left.
