   Amazing.

   The two gentlemen were very helpful and perfect gentleman would not let me pick up one box. Will very informative on how to maximize my space in the moving truck and we're very respectful. No damage was done. They were able to load everything into the appropriate rooms. It was like I had a personal mover, Home interior designer, visionary all in one.

   Alberto and Joel arrived on time and did an incredible job with our moving. Worked hard, wrapped the furniture, carefully relocating all our furniture and furnishing. They took great care of everything.

   Jamal was extremely helpful and professional. As a single woman who drives a regular car, I had no way to get my new mattresses home. Sam's club does not offer delivery. Even though the day I needed was fully booked, he worked very hard to fit me in. Very good representative for the company and made me feel like my business was important. He had excellent communication and kept me informed of his progress with my needs. I will definitely use this company in the future.

   Very friendly.

   I was supposed to move on a Saturday but they called and let me know that the truck had broken down and they would not be able to move me until the next day. The guy was very apologetic and nice. The next day the movers arrived on time and LaFredrick was very nice and hard working! The other mover (Cody) was very slow and took down one small box at a time. After 30 minutes Cody said he had a family emergency and had to leave. When he explained his "family emergency" it only seemed like an excuse to leave. I then found out that this was Cody's first day on the job and probably wouldn't be coming back. LaFredrick continued to work and basically moved my entire apartment himself. Two other movers showed up after a while and they were able to get me into my new apartment in 3 hours even though it was mostly LaFredrick doing the moving. He did a great job and the other two movers were very helpful as well. Overall, my experience with them was positive and they only charged me for 2 hours since 1 guy helped for most of the time.

   Unreliable

   Scheduled my move last week and Thank GOD they were unprofessional enough to let me know they were “getting a late start”! (No explanation as to why, no apology for the inconvenience) they had to push my appt back 2 hours. Meaning instead of being at my place between 1-3pm it would be around 5pm! BIG INCONVENIENCE! Then I get a call at 4pm stating they would be at my place in an hour! Which would have put them there at 5pm! At 5:15 I had had enough and sent them a msg on Facebook letting them know I would need to reschedule! They get pissed at me and sent messages which have now been deleted by this so called shady moving company that I was not to ever call them for their services again! Which I had not planned on ever calling them again anyways! But the nerve of a company having so many “BAD” reviews to get mad about a situation they created! Is just unreal! Sorry for all you guys that had property destroyed!! But these losers never got to touch my stuff to destroy!! Thank you Jesus for that blessing in disguise! I would not recommend them, nor call them stay as far away from this company as you can

   Terrible Moving Company - Illegal Practices

   I want to share my recent experience with a moving company to help others make an informed choice. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, I value transparent business practices and clear contracts. Unfortunately, this company fell short in several aspects, and I strongly advise against using their services if you care about the safety of your belongings, good customer service, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Below are the negative aspects of my experience. - Poor booking practices - Lack of communication about booking times and procedures. - Unreasonable expectations from the company (I had a phone issue, and the owner assumed I canceled, which was not the case). - The company arrived with an unmarked box truck, without any Dept Of Transportation number on it. - Inadequate insurance coverage. - Lack of background checks and proper training for their movers. - A confusing and contradictory contract that shifts responsibility away from the company. - Pressure to sign the blank, invalid contract before moving items, resulting in the company refusing to proceed with my move - Their contract was pre-written with language that said, I, the consumer was satisfied with my move and I was required to sign it prior to the movers moving my items (how fraudulent is this!!) - The owner posted negative reviews about me cancelling the move on my professional real estate pages with 1 star ratings! I declined to sign their contract and asked them to leave, which led to the owner posting negative reviews and complaints on my business page, which were unrelated and unwarranted. This is a form of defamation, and I take it seriously. The company insisted on cash and Cash App payments, which offer less consumer protection. Keep in mind, consumers, you have the freedom to choose a moving company that respects your rights and treats you professionally and you should never feel forced or threatened into signing unclear contractual agreements.

   Thieves. Beware

   Horrible service. Very unprofessional, extremely slow just horrendous service. They pick up people from the street to move you and you get your items stolen. Several items missing. Plus, many items were damaged. I should have hired professionals that are bonded. Expensive mistake. I will be making sure everyone knows about this hack of a business.

   Poor service.

   Very bad communication. The manager mark was very rude on the phone and hung up in my face. My merchandise was left on the truck and no one called to let me know. I had to call over 10 times to let them know. Their response was “ oh yes it’s still on the truck”. Could not give me a specific date on redelivering. Some of my furniture was damaged.

    Home Movers.

    Do not hire Home Movers. I had them booked to work 2 guys for 2 hours to unload our uhaul truck in Ft worth. Long story short, after I’d not heard from them I called to make sure they were still coming. They said the driver was running late and they would need to CANCEL my move. I had waited all day for them and needed to return the moving truck. I guess my small job wasn’t worth it to them. I’m hoping to get my $40 deposit back at least. My daughter and I (53 year old Mom) had to unload the whole truck by ourselves. I can’t believe their lack of consideration. I should’ve read the reviews before scheduling. Looks like I’m not the only one they’ve let down.
