   Honest, reliable, reputable company!

   I had to move out of my rental after a major plumbing issue, and the place was damp, messy, and disorganized. I expected complaints, but the team just got to work. They wrapped what needed extra care and didn’t act bothered by the condition of things. I didn’t feel judged or pressured, and that helped more than they probably realized. It turned out way better than I expected.

   It was a solid overall professional move.

   It all worked out well!

   3 days late picking up. Only one guy to load all of our home (piano) included. - major damage done!!! Major scratches and wood gouges. Missing pieces of furniture. Loaded in one truck, unloaded in a different truck.

   Scammers!

   Howards van lines is a con. Do not use them. They will lie to get you to sign a contract, then demand payment without ability to cancel and threaten lawsuits if you don’t. Their whole business model seems to be a scam.

    The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

    Instead of working, these guys spent the entire time arguing. One kept complaining that the other was not lifting right, and at one point, they were literally shouting at each other in my hallway. I just stood there awkwardly, waiting for them to actually do their job. Also, they dropped my nightstand because they were too busy bickering, and now it has a huge dent in it.
