    Shipping services

    I don’t suggest anybody who is looking for shipping services in this company.They have very poor service. Overpriced customer and don’t do correctly their services. I had bad experience with them and to add the customer service lady is totally terrible.

    No work ... no refund

    I tried to import a garden tractor from the US to Thailand. Initially this company was very helpful and I decided to go with them. I then had a problem because the tractor supplier informed me that they were delivering the item several weeks ahead f schedule. It was on its way. I had to pay an initial deposit immediately to I-Ships else the package would be refused. In the event, the tractor company had made a mistake and nothing was being delivered. In fact they were now not able to ge the tractor at all! I-ships have refused to refund me any money. I feel that decent company would have done so. However reading others complaints about I-ship International it looks as though I may have got off lightly. I would not recommend this company
