   NIGHTMARE - THIEVES & SCAMMERS!!!

   My experience with Safe Shield Moving and their contracted carrier, IMOVERS LLC, was an absolute nightmare. The move was originally quoted by Safe Shield representative Tyler at approximately $1,700. However, when the IMOVERS LLC representative identifying himself as “Frank” arrived on moving day, the situation changed dramatically. He immediately began renegotiating the contract and said the move would now cost nearly $6,000—more than three times the original quote. As a single mother moving with children, I felt pressured into an impossible situation. After extensive discussions, I ultimately agreed to pay $4,500, still more than $2,600 above the original quote. The increased cost was justified by promises that extra items would be transported and my belongings delivered safely and on time. Those promises were not fulfilled. Delivery took more than a week, far longer than represented. Multiple items arrived damaged, including an irreplaceable family heirloom from my late grandmother that had been in my family for generations. Numerous items were also missing. When I contacted “Frank” about the missing property, damaged belongings, and delivery issues, he became unreachable. Attempts to get answers from both IMOVERS LLC and Safe Shield resulted in finger-pointing, conflicting information, and no accountability. Several belongings remain unaccounted for. After exhausting reasonable efforts to resolve this directly, I was forced to file a police report and am pursuing legal remedies. Between the bait-and-switch pricing, delayed delivery, damaged heirloom, missing property, and terrible communication, stay far away from Safe Shield Moving and IMOVERS LLC. This experience caused thousands in unexpected costs, damaged sentimental property, missing belongings, countless hours seeking answers, and ongoing efforts to recover what was lost.

   Paterson Nj IMovers LLC damaged every room of furniture, walls at pick Up and drop off. Just beware and do not use them. They did not cover or protect my sleep number bed and ripped the mattress from the base. Hole in side of couch. Damaged cherry wood dining table top sides and four leather chairs along with kitchen table and chairs and bedroom furniture.
