   Do not use this company ever! Did not arrive for pickup on date agreed to. Does not ever answer the phone by a human. Going on 3 weeks and furniture has not been delivered. All you ever get is a voicemail box, and they never respond. They are a major ripoff. Use a true reputable mover instead.

   Worst Company, period

   This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. I paid them to move from NOLA to Phoenix, and store my items for 3 months in the meantime in a climate controlled location. My mattresses were covered in mold on arrival. My 65" television was missing as were many other items. Countless items were broken. They had no accurate inventory, I had to tell them things were not mine when they tried to give me other people's items. They were days late with delivery. When I called them the day of delivery they were almost impossible to contact. Filed a claim, no compensation for my missing television, $60 for my moldy king sized mattresses. I would rather throw everything I own out then deal with this abhorrent company again. Thousands of dollars of missing and damaged property and was offered $300 in total compensation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

   Worst ever company stay away from them. Ripped me off, double cost quoted. Took a month to get my furniture and they stole or lost my Meta Quest among other things. They are rude non responsive and unprofessional. I would actually rate them 0 stars. I had multiple items broken and damaged.

   Who is in ? We must all stand together to stop these incompetent thieves. We need 20 people to be able to get a class action suit. This company makes me sick. They steal, damage and extort and have no accountability. Let’s do this.

   The worst experience you can imagine

   I could truly write pages of how horrible working with InstaMovers was. First off, we went through a moving broker which now I know what a scam that is. Upon arriving to our house, instamovers doubled the quote immediately that the broker had given us. Knowing we were been totally taken advantage of, we had no choice but to continue on with them because we had to move, so what are we supposed to do? That's their entire scheme- they wait until that last minute and know you have no other choice and are stuck with them to show you how terrible they really are. Also the man managing the move commented to my realtor about how much we sold the house for knowing they could get more money, little did they know our realtor who dropped by was my mother in law so obviously told me everything they said. We had paid for a semi truck, which they arrived with some small box truck and then said they couldn't even move us out that day because their moving truck was too small. I said that was not optional, we had to be out that day, and that it wasn't fault they didn't bring the truck we had booked. From there, getting delivery was horrible. Very rude personnel when we would call asking for updates. Then one night at like 6pm we get a call from a man saying two trucks are driving to our house with 8am arrival the next day. We scrambled to make it work since obviously we'd been waiting to move in. We have a brand new construction home which is now absolutely beat to shreds. Holes in the drywall, huge scratches and dents everywhere. I don't even know how they hit the ceilings but somehow they did. Multiple boards of our floors are completely destroyed with DEEP scratches and have to be replaced. The stairwell is an extra large stairwell which we had no issues moving items up ourselves, but the holes and gashes in the drywall from Instamovers is so horrible, we need someone professional to come fix drywall and repaint the entire stairwell. Box after box of china- all shattered. My daughter's toys and gifts from grandparents- broken. They also charged us a premium for wrapping our furniture and rugs on move out so they wouldn't get dirty, because I had them professionally cleaned (cost $600) to move into the new house ready to go, and they arrived literally black with dirt and unwrapped. It's all disgusting. I did not know any business could survive being this terrible. I'm also 8 months pregnant and they were telling us they would just drop everything into the garage and not even bring into the house where it belongs. Begrudgingly because I'm literally due in a few weeks they did so, but little did I know the negligent damage they would do to our home. I truly could have moved some of these items better myself between contractions. The manager on site at delivery said he took pictures and would start a claim but this far into the nightmare of InstaMovers I do not believe him. You better believe I will not rest until everything they broke and destroyed of ours is fixed. We have THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. We don't have a plate to eat off of thanks to them breaking all of them into tiny pieces. Our hardwood floors in the dining room need replaced. The holes in the drywall and huge scratches need professionally fixed and re-painted. We don't have a couch to sit on without getting covered in dirt (I guess it's dirt, I don't even know what it is honestly) after paying hundreds to have it cleaned the day before we moved out. We had a few items we couldn't find, and the mover himself told us that it was such a shit show in Alabama, that it'll never be found. THE MOVER HIMSELF TOLD US THAT. I know there's more damage, but haven't even found it yet because we are only partially unpacked but this has by far been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. At one point, a few of the movers in the stairwell were fighting amongst themselves and we thought they were going to fight in our house, but they went across the street and screamed at each other we never saw an actual fight break out but you cannot make this stuff up. We've moved 8 times and never ever thought a moving experience could be this terrible. It's been a very emotional experience with them doubling the quote the second they arrived to the rudeness of not giving us any heads up on delivery dates until they were literally on their way, to now opening my wedding china, plates and pretty much everything breakable being shattered especially when I would just like to be fixing up my baby's nursery and focusing on that instead.

   Terrible Long Distance move from Houston to Cashiers NC

   One star is actually far too much for this worthless company. They quote one thing and when your goods are loaded on the truck, they more than double the price. Once the trucks arrived at my destination, Instamovers pulled the unloading crew off my job and sent them to another job in Charleston leaving me with one driver. It cost me $1500 to find inexperienced men to complete the unloading. They are scammers who mislead people into believing in them up front. Our move was handled by Nationwide who subs out all their moves to smaller moving companies which did not know. Our $42,000 move wound up costing over $60,000. If you should be referred to Asaf Hadad, please do not trust one word he says. It was a terrible move from beginning to end.

   BEWARE!! Worst experience EVER!!

   BEWARE!! Zero stars. Unethical movers that took advantage of my elderly parents. They charged max amount and doubled our original estimate even though they packed less things than what we originally told them. Totally took advantage of us and needing to get my parents out of a bad situation and closer to family. Even in a desperate situation, be aware of what you sign and know you’re going to pay the “max amount.” I’ve spent hours on the phone with these people and they offered no compromise or help. UNETHICAL AND DISGUSTING. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

   It's a huge mistake to go with Insta Move.

   DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING INSTA MOVE. I went with Insta Move and to this day regret it. Movers were two days late. On the third day they went to Panama City instead of Pensacola and were 5 hours late that day. After being told where the septic tank was they ran over it and got there truck's back wheels stuck in it. Repair cost $13,500. To this day have not taken responsibility. Looking into lawsuit now. They tend to lie like dogs in summer. Other things happened as well but don't have the time to write them all. Please don't make the mistake that I did. I don't wish this experience on anyone. I'm wondering if I'll ever see my belongings again. I was told that my things would be in storage in Loveland, CO. This was one of many lies. Now told that my belongings are in Birmingham, Alabama. If there is a class action law suit being filed then I want in. Charlie Butler

   poor service and not a moving company

   DO NOT USE EAGLE MOVING OR INSTA MOVERS FOR OUT OF STATE MOVE Eagle moving was suggested to me by my recruiter. Eagle moving gave me an estimate based on an inventory list I supplied. Started at $4900. I added a few more items to my inventory before the movers showed up. This jumped my cost up to $7000. It was 100 cubic feet. Added another $2,000. Eagle movers told me they were a full service mover. So on moving day I expected a professional moving company to show up called "Eagle Movers". Instead, I found out they are a broker, and they contracted a terrible 2 star company out of Birmingham called Insta-Movers. The guys moving were nice enough, but clearly not professional movers. No stair protection was put on the stairs. They used my broom to prob the door open and destroyed it, instead of using a proper wedge. Things a professional moving company would not do. I was not told by Eagle moving company that there was a hidden stair fee. I also told them I had a dresser mirror during estimate stage. They did not tell me it was extra to wrap and crate it. I told Eagle movers I had a China cabinet They did not tell me there was an extra fee to crate it. Another hidden fee. On moving day Instamovers added another 250 cubic feet which they didn't even use, which bumped me up to 8,900. Some mistake was made on my paper work, a discount of $1,600 was shown. After I signed everything insta-movers dispatch called me and told me I owed them another $1,600 for and added 250 cubic feet that the driver added to make sure they were covered with space. I haven't received my stuff here yet, and I'm absolutely furious with the entire situation since I went from $4,900 to $8,900. On arrival day I was told mover would be there at 5pm They called at 6 and told me they had a truck issue and would be there the next morning (I don't believe that for a second) I was also told they only accept money order or cash even though my receipt has an option for cashiers check. My receipt from pick up with my list of items has 3 methods of payment to pick from Cashiers cheque Money order Cash They would not accept my cashier check from Bank of America. I had to scramble to get cash Truck didn't show up in the morning I had to call them and ask where they were Said the truck still wasn't fixed ill post an update once my goods are delivered

    AWFUL!

    They showed up on moving day and doubled the price, trashed my house, held our furniture hostage for weeks, broken items they wrapped, and on delivery day their workers didn't show up so we ended up unloading. Total crock! They were subbed out by United aka National Relocation. Avoid them all! The move was supposed to take a day, they showed up late, day 2 the truck broke down an they couldn't find one. Said our estimate was no good that we would have to sign new paperwork or they would leave. AWFUL - SCAMMERS 100%
