   thieves, scammers and lyres

   I called to arrange the appointment for moving. Asked all questions about extra charges. For every question it was no extra charge. They give me a hood price for 3 hours move for 1 bedroom apartment. I signed the contract with everything was discussed over the phone. On the day of moving all the hidden tricks were appearing. First they didn’t dispatch the track before I paid extra $250.00, then they very late. I requested 8 am, they put in a contract 12-3 window. Arrived at 6pm. They wanted to pack the track and put it on the storage parking till next day to unload. (Extra money) when I refused it, they were dragging time , so loading of 1 bedroom apartment where everything were packed took 5 hours! The distance been the 2 addresses were 5 min drive. It took them 40 min. After that they didn’t unload the track until his supervisor called me and asked for incredible sum for everything! Heavy items( which we didn’t have) like couch and tv stand considered heavy item, packing, you mention it and you have it. For everything! What was not in the contract I signed. I had to pay so they can unload the track and start bringing stuff up. About an hour they broke the elevator. I had to pay extra money even though in the contract it said no extra for using stairs. Finally they broke my king bed headboard, tried to cover it with blanket. Then supervisor called and said that they have to have more time to unload everything and I have to pay extra. When I refused they dropped all remaining items on the street in front of the building and left. So we ended up at 4 am with bunch of stuff outside. Broken headboard and night stand. I tried to dispute a transaction in my bank account, but unsuccessful. The contract was not completed, they were threatening me, I asked to listen the recording of the calls. They refused to pay for the damages because of the dispute. Horrible service. Stay away from this people. Remember INSTAMOVERSFL
