   Definitely recommend.

   Moved from OK to CO. Entire experience was great and efficient. Picked up and dropped off within window given. They kept in good communication with us and everyone was professional from Jhon who set everything up for us, to the manager who coordinated the move to the driver. Nothing missing or broken and very timely. We chose integrity van lines because of the reviews and would definitely recommend them.

   I have just completed my 3rd move with miami movers for less. Working with them to set up the appointment and having timur with me for all three moves was wonderful. They were on time cortious, careful, helpful and efficient. The package your items and move the with care.

   I finally moved my storage from Miami to New York. I am glad that I foundIntegrity Van lines. Movers were fantastic. I called and talked to them. After a 5 minutes conversation I received a all inclusive flat rate and that is what I paid at the end of my move. Of course I added some tips to my moving crew , it was on top of my flat rate. Movers arrived well prepared , they had a lot of blankets and plastic wrap. Everything was moved quick. Overall movers did great job and I ll use them again. I was very pleased with my move done by Integrity van lines.

   Nice experience with this company.

   I found integrity van lines the way I find anything I do, by checking reviews first. All the reviews for integrity van lines are spot on. The 4 men ( and for a short time, when he was needed, the owner) were personable, diligent and respectful, especially when having to deal with a bad neighbor. They dealt with a fifth floor apartment and a three story townhouse so efficiently, I needed to leave my apartment to go to my new place, leaving a lot of left over items, which they neatly packed away for me. They even took all my hanging clothes and shoes from my closet and hung them into the new closet. I was charged exactly what I was quoted for, no hidden extras.

   I definitely recommend them for your next move.

   Integrity Van Lines is awesome. The team is friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. A few years ago they moved our entire 3 bedroom apartment from the Marina to Russian Hill in under 3 hours and we decided to use them again for a couch move. They did the whole thing in about 30 min. I definitely recommend them for your next move.

   I was so amazed of the quality of integrity van lines services. Integrity van lines did such a great job! They are responsible. Value customer'S time and money and their own time. They was careful with fragile things, Furniture and big TV set.

   An awful experience from start to finish.

   We had a horrible experience with Integrity Van Lines. They made our move way more stressful and charged us almost double what they initially quoted us. To sum it up, our horrible experience with them consisted of the following: - They charged us almost double what they initially quoted us - They missed their original 3 day pickup window. We were notified at 6PM of the last day that they actually would not be making it -They could not provide us an estimate on when our things would be delivered after they were picked up. Then we were told it would be two weeks. Then one week. Then finally 10 days after our stuff was picked up we get a call from the driver letting us know he was coming the next day. Not a single person on customer service was helpful or thorough. - Multiple calls and emails were never returned or addressed - The manager, Paul, gives out his "cell phone" number and assures you he will take care of you, but it's actually just a google voice account which he never answers and does not return calls/texts -Nearly ALL of our stuff was damaged, scratched, dented or broken -They were dishonest, unresponsive, and unhelpful during the entire process. They don't answer their phones and the customer service reps either don't have information or give you incorrect/misleading information.

   Neglient.

   Our belongings suffered water damage at some point during storage between AZ and MN. No one contacted us to warn us of the same and belongings were delivered with mildew damage as well as structural damage. Some boxes were wrapped in sheets when they were completely destroyed, illustrating that they were aware of the damage. Also, the rate for services continued to rise after services were agreed upon, however the way our belongings were treated are the reason I'm bothering to write a scathing review.

    In the middle of a nightmare. Did DOT take it off the road?

    I'm in the middle of a nightmare with this company. It picked up our items two weeks ago from Connecticut to be delivered ASAP to Tucson AZ. The company cannot tell us where our stuff is or when it will arrive. It gave me the name of the driver of its van with our things a week ago. It took 5 days of texts and voice mail to find out he is NOT our driver. We now have the name of our driver -- allegedly -- and he, Moshe, is very sketchy and not providing forthcoming information. Worst of all Integrity will not help to intervene other than giving the name of the driver. It seems once it's in the driver's hands the company won't oversee it or take responsibility.
