   I moved from a five story walk-up (!) in Philly to a home in Nashville and I didn’t need to micromanage anything. In fact, I felt a little guilty for not having to lift a finger. My positive experience began with Amanda in the home office and continued with her top notch crew in the field until I was safely settled. I was TOTALLY cared for every step of the way! Throughout the move Amanda would periodically check in with me to make sure everything was exceeding my expectations - It always was. Not one hitch - truly, not one. I highly recommend you call Amanda - this woman will have your back. She clearly takes pride in caring for her customers.

   These guys don't disappoint! They showed up early and finished within the estimated time. NO damages to my furniture or my walls. The 2 guys I had were very knowledgeable on approaching how to load the truck. I was nervous they were not going to be able to fit everything done but by the time they had finished I was AMAZED!! I move a lot for my job and I've had a nightmare experiences in the past and couldn't be more thrilled my friend referred this company to me!! I will for sure use them again in the future and will refer them to family and friends. Keep up the good work guys!

   Horrible!!

   Worst moving company EVER. Run as fast as you can from INTELLIGENT MOVERS and save yourself the headache. I used them for a move that involved two apartments to a house 30 miles apart. I provided a list of EVERYTHING that would be included in the move. When scheduled Amanda was professional until the day of the move. They showed up 2 and half hours late with excuse after excuse. I was told they would provide furniture pads including mattress covers. After they showed up late I was told they don't provide anything for the move. They didn't even have tools to take the furniture apart or to take the front door off. Two hours after they started working they drove off for lunch without telling anyone that they left for an hour lunch. Halfway through the move I was told they could not fit everything on the "rental" truck and that they wouldn't be able to pick up the rest of the stuff until a later date. After arguing with Amanda and the movers they said they could pick up the rest of the items for $200 more. That's ridicules since I provided a list of EVERYTHING that was included in the move. I felt I had no choice since they were holding my furniture hostage on the truck. It took the "two" movers 9 hours to complete a 6 hour job and paying almost double then quoted from every other moving company. After the job was finished I noticed furniture chipped, cracked or broken. Every piece of furniture had a chip or crack and 30% of the boxes had at least one item in each box that was broken. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from INTELLIGENT MOVERS and don't make the mistake I made by choosing a lousy shady company. They are LIARS and will cheat you of every dollar. Message me if you would like to see proof, I have pictures of every single item that was damaged or broken.
