   International Relocation Solutions went above and beyond to ensure my move went smoothly. I cannot express the value of a good moving company, after many nightmare experiences, I will ALWAYS use IRS now!

   Very BAD experience.

   Be aware of our experience. Our agent disappeared three weeks before our moving day. For two and a half weeks nobody responded to the phone calls. IRS responded only three days before the actual move, when we almost lost hopeIt turned out, that International Relocation Solutions is not the company who moves your stuff around the country, but IRS did not inform me about it upfront. The actual mover company was Unique Vanlines. The movers were very sloppy, broke a mirror while packing. on the way to Las Vegas (we were moving there from Michigan) our things were reloaded a few times. It took 20 days for our stuff to arrive to Las Vegas from Michigan. As a result of the sloppy packing and multiple reloading, our things came in a bad shape. I will name just a few major damages in this review. The legs from the dining table and a whole bed frame were lost, making them unusable. Chairs’ legs were broken, there were multiple chips on the new bedroom set and coffee table legs, Four book shelves were also broken. All these things are either unusable or need extensive repair. The insurance compensation was $148.
