   Wonderful Service.

   Great Movers.

   Our move included our phones house from an old addressed to a new address. The construction at the new property was not finished so we had to store everything in the garage and have the movers come back for a second job to move everything into the house a week later. They did not overcharge me, and I was happy to pay for the extra hours given our special situation. Nothing of consequence in the moon not broken, however we lost an aloe vera plant and The fragile base of my sewing form was damaged. Considering the amount of furniture and small items we had I still consider it a success. There were a few items like the key to the grandfather clock that they accidentally didn't replace, but shipped me the moment I figured out they were missing. If I had another move I would definitely call them again.

   I was surprised at the technique required to wrap and protect furniture. They made it look simple and all my items made it safely without damage. Referred them to move my mom tomorrow.

   Quality of Invoke Moving Company.

   I am happy to write a very positive review of Invoke Moving. They provided quality service from start to finish - including Michael (the owner) and Casey (my first phone contact) thoroughly answering my questions when I was deciding on which company to use. The care Michael and the two movers (Jacob and Kerry) took to ensure my 90-year-old mother's adjustable bed and other items were not damaged. And also the attention Jacob and Kerry gave my mother to ease her nerves about the move. If I ever need to use a moving company again, I will definitely use Invoke and I will highly recommend them to others.

   Came Thru When I Was In a Bind.

   I had another moving company flake out on my move that I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance.  So I called Invoke Moving on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. They were at my place by 10am.  The guys were careful and respectful.  They shrink wrapped all my items and broke down all my furniture.  When we arrived at my new home they placed all items where I requested and assembled furniture back to its original state. I will definitely recommend them.

    WORST EVER

    Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FURNITURE BROKEN. We used Invoke as our movers in July of 2021 and on the day of the move, the guys came on time and were very nice, and we had no problem with the actual movers. However, when arriving to our new address, one of the movers broke a piece of our furniture and brought it to my attention. This was fine because I know accidents can happen and that I would be reimbursed. HOWEVER, trying to get a reimbursement has been IMPOSSIBLE. SANDRA @ the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and mean and has made this process extremely difficult. I reported the broken furniture the day after the move and have yet to receive anything acknowledging the issue and when I call, I get sent to their answering service. Save your time and money and spend the extra $50 for a better company.
