   Good Movers.

   We had a move that was a little unusual. We moved into a brand new building that is still under construction in some places. Because of this we didn't even get to see the apartment before move day and had no idea that it was 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Peter was really nice and professional when booking our reservation. No deposit was required and he reassured us that the movers would be on time and professional (we had had a very VERY bad experience with movers in the past, so we were a little gun shy). Lesson there was, don't go with the cheapest company, they WILL rip you off. A fair wage for hard work, is the way to look at it. The guys showed up 5 minutes early so we could do the paper work while they got their equipment all ready. They gave me a "not to exceed" time limit, which was a relief. All the paper work explained everything and our rights very clearly. They gave me a time of 3-5 hours to pick up, but thought it would be 3-4 based on the move being a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment only 2 hours away. Nick and Andrew, were super friendly, nice, young men. They didn't make us feel weird about strangers touching our stuff. They also worked incredibly fast even while making pleasant conversation. They wrapped all of our furnishings with care, using ample plastic wrap and blankets for everything (no charge). The door jams always had protectors and the floors were protected as well. Here's where Andrew and Nick went above and beyond. Although both guys are slim, they are amazingly strong. They pretty much RAN our stuff up 4 flights of stairs without any trouble whatsoever. The way I saw them handling those stairs with some really heavy, awkward stuff was beyond impressive. We offered them water and soda at both locations which they politely refused initially because they didn't want to slow down. Eventually they had to take some, after ascending and descending 4 flights of stair 20 or 30 times. I have great respect for these two gentlemen who are VERY good at their jobs! They deserve a raise for sure! The only thing I would have changed is, the wardrobe boxes were old and beaten down. One collapsed and we had to replace it (they had plenty). It wasn't a big deal for us, but it made it difficult for the guys to transport and why make it harder? Perfect Move.

   Great movers!!

   Great movers!!I like that they brought all the necessary moving materials to keep my things dent free. They were diligent and kept going until the job was done. Because we had all our things boxed up and most furniture wrapped ahead of time, they were able to move me from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom house within without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again.

   NICK from Irelocation System and his crew were, without a doubt, the absolute best I have EVER worked with. They were superb in the loading. The unloading was unbelievable. The quality, caring, professionalism and respect were GREAT. By the end of the week, I felt like I was friends with all of them. I have recently had severe neck surgery and the gentlemen would bring the box to me (sitting on the sofa) on where it should go. Upstairs, shop or main floor? I never had to get up and go to them. This may sound insignificant to you, but when suffering terrible pain, it was the best thing in the world for me. My husband was not here yet from Colorado, so it was just me home. I cannot say enough good about this team, especially Nick! If there was a 10 star rating, I would give them a 20 star review. Your home office staff are equally wonderful. With the personal phone calls and e-mails added quality to your wonderful.

   Move my home.

   I used iRelocation System to move my home and they were excellent. I highly recommend them. The team that came up were professional, the estimate was reasonable and the service was excellent. Arthur was very careful with my things and used lots of packing materials. I was especially grateful about how they packed all my pictures and wall art.    Missing Items.

   This was our first time using a moving company and it will be our last. This company lied to us many times during our move. Once they received our money we never heard from them again. On the day the driver delivered our belongings we told him we were missing a stand up fan and a large commercial backpack. The driver called Alex and we were told they had the items in their warehouse and would ship them to us. It's been a month and we're still waiting. I have tried calling and emailing with no response from anyone. We were told if we paid an extra $100.00 we'd have our belongings delivered on a specific date. We paid the money and they were a day late arriving, but didn't give us any kind of discount. Nobody from the company and I had spoken to Arthuri and Nicole numerous times that there would be a charge if the driver had to walk a few extra steps while delivering the items, another $150.00 out of our pocket. On total we paid more than double what we were originally told it would cost us to move from Florida to Nevada. The day after our belongings were loaded and while we were on the road traveling to Nevada, Nicole called to say they needed a larger deposit before delivering our furniture. I explained to her we were on the road and had no way of doing that at the time. I offered to pay by credit card but she said they couldn't do that. Luckily, I was able to have a family member transfer the money for us. This company was so unprofessional and a huge disappointment. I will probably never see my missing items. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They lie and as far as I'm concerned they steal!

I am looking for anyone that has filed and successfully won a case against Atlant Van Lines, iRelocation or SunCity Movers. I am looking for the name of an attorney to shut these companies down and make them pay for the damages they have caused to so many innocent people. These companies have stolen from us, robbed us of our sense of security and made our family's move intolerable. I am looking to contact anyone who has had the misfortune of using these movers, and who would like to join in a class action law suit to make them pay for the damage that they have caused to so many people, property and lives. We had nothing but problems including but not limited to the following: damaged, moldy, water logged furniture. Forty five days have passed, and our household items are still missing, this is defined as legally stolen, our household items are being held hostage for more money, extortion, padded bills that increased by thousands of dollars for services that were not discussed prior to the move, loss of household goods that amount to tens of thousands of dollars of loss, unknown items delivered to us from another person's load, damage due to negligent, illegally forged documents, lying, unscrupulous, and unprofessional, agents of the above companies. We have contacted local and federal agents, including multiple police departments, DOT, multiple insurance companies, BBB, FBI, Federal Motor Carrier and others. Jose Perez, Nicole White, Arthur, Alexandr and Marina Bondarev, Svetlana and Alexir Lushchik belong in jail due to their negligence! I am looking for an attorney that will put these people in jail for their corruption! If you know that attorney's name, please contact me.    Bait and Switch.

   This company is horrible DO NOT USE!! We originally spoke with Jose more than a week before the scheduled move who made us think he was giving us a 25% off discount and provided great customer service in the beginning. We hired them to move my fathers belongs from a storage unit in VA to FL. All items were already packed up as well as we provided a detailed list of all items and the storage unit size. The day of the move 3 guys showed up in a rented Budget truck (not an Irelocation truck) and when they looked at the unit they told my sister it would be 3 times the amount of the $1500.00 that we were originally quoted and that she had to give them $4500.00 right then. My sister had met them all by herself at the storage unit and when she questioned Vladimir about why we were quoted a lower price he began to get angry and started screaming at her then tried to force her to sign a paper without filling it out. He kept demanding the money and told my sister a check or credit card was not acceptable and that it all had to be paid in full NOW but we were told we would pay $400.00 to reserve the truck and when the delivery was complete we would pay the rest. When she refused to sign a blank document he followed her to car (where she was going to try to calm down and cool off) and was screaming at her the entire time. My sister did not feel safe at all and it made me fear for her safety as well. At that point, one of the other guys went into the unit to measure and walked all of my fathers belongs like it was garbage. After disrespecting my sister and walking all over my father's belongings Vladimir instructed the other 2 guys to get in the truck and they left not saying a word to my sister. While this was all going on I called their customer service number where no one would answer and tried to reach out to Jose, the guy we set the deal up with. After calling and texting Jose repeatedly he finally answered and said that Vladimir would definitely be fired for this because his behavior was unacceptable (I am sure he still has his job to this day) he tried to work out a deal with us to just pay the tripled amount but said that he is known for getting customers reimbursements and he would do everything he could to get one for us which I knew was complete [EDIT]. Jose's excuse for the tripled amount was that he miscalculated the size of the unit when he converted the 30 x 10 square foot unit into cubic feet which sorry that you cannot use a simple computer to convert the numbers but that is not the customers fault and I no way does that give you the right to rip off customers that already are stressed from the moving. My father had to end up canceling his credit card in order to ensure they did not try to charge him the original $1500.00 or worse the $4500.00. I have reached out to try to get the almost $400.00 deposit back because they did nothing for us at all but be disrespectful and lie. I am so glad they didn't pull the stunts I have read in the other reviews online and held my father's stuff hostage. After reading the other reviews it seems this is their business practice and I am at a loss as to where all of these good reviews came from maybe the employees have a weekly quota to meet to write fraudulent [EDIT] reviews to lore more victims in. In the end my father who mind you has had 3 strokes had to fly up and hire movers and rent a truck and drive it down ourselves. What is the use of hiring movers if in the end you end it doing it yourself and get ripped off along the way? You all should be ashamed of yourselves for your horrible business practices, lying to your customers, stealing their money and allowing your workers to completely disrespect people.

   Movers you want to stay away from.

   Extorted money, held our belongings hostage, damaged floors, damaged furniture, including an expensive baby grand piano. They intentionally gave us a low estimate for the job to get our business ($2200). They badly scratched our hardwood floors while moving a piece of furniture. Once our stuff was in the moving truck (1 am! because they started around 5 pm and not because we had too much stuff), the estimate increased by 5K. They drove away with our belongings and started extorting money from us the following week. We were giving instructions to wire additional money to 2 bank accounts -- we did. Those were fraudulent accounts, the wires were flagged and did not go through. We were getting calls from Jamaica instructing us to send MoneyGram to another set of accounts. When my husband told them he will settle the account in full in cash once they deliver our belongings, they would hang up. They would not answer their phones. Their mailboxes would be full. They did not delivery our belongings on the day they were supposed to and as a result we were stuck in an empty house with 2 small children and an elderly lady. We had to buy bare essentials to provide some semblance of conform for the family. They never called to apologize that the stuff was delayed, they were unreachable. This went on for about 10 days. We did not start hearing back from them until we filed 3 police reports about stolen property: one in Oklahoma, one in Florida and one in Georgia and filed a complaint with FMCSA and moverescue.org. They did eventually show up about 10 days later in a completely different truck (meaning that our stuff was repackaged) and brought most of the belongings but not all. Many things were damaged, our expensive baby grand piano got most of the beating even though we paid extra money to bubble wrap it. They then proceeded to force us to withdraw our complaints in exchange for delivering the rest of the furniture. They did not delivery the rest of the furniture until they were pressured by Georgia investigators and there was a warrant pending for their manager's arrest. You still want to trust them with your belongings? Stay a mile away. Oh and did I mention that they are all either from Russia, Ukraine or Jamaica? That's the level of service you are going to get. STAY AWAY.

   IRelocation systems Bill of Lading Number (Job #): 6539713 US DOT No 2917609 ICC/MC No 984128 Formal Complaints filed: BBB Case # 90403247: Irelocation System, LLC US DOT/FMCSA FL Division Tel: 850-491-6004 On pickup they were a day late and arrived the next day at 7 PM, this was after they were to arrive (per Nicole) between 12 and 2 PM….than between 3 PM and 5 PM wrapped goods until 10 PM. They returned the following day at 11 AM, were to be there at 9 AM and and loaded a rented U-haul truck when they were done 2PM the wanted a tip. I had packaged and boxed all of the household goods, they just had to load the truck. Nicole, she is the company scheduler and then some.  She has stated I was contacted by her by email and phone about fraud. I have checked my email archives and there is nothing from her or iRelocation systems. It may have gone to spam but I never saw it. I have no reelection of her calling as well regarding fraud. You cam believe me or Nicole. However a cascade of a fraud event occurred when she (NICOLE) called on 28 June and requested a one day delay to deliver my household goods, from 29 June 2017 to 30 June 2017. It was over that weekend that I fell for the fraud in the amount of 1900.00. I was desperate; this shipment represented my and my wife's entire life. Of course there was no answer at any of the company numbers, and the individual had all the correct information and referred to himself as a Peter; a name listed on my shipping contract. I had little reason to doubt. It is now clear to me that iRelocation Systems either did not protect my information or it was sold by somebody in the know. And I strongly feel that they are in collusion with the provocateurs of the fraud. On to the delivery: Nicole, when after dialing her number (10 to 25 times) it would go directly to voice mail, she finally answered and stated the to me the goods would be delivered 3 July. It was not She lied.  Unable to contact Nicole until 6 July, and yes I spent much of my day trying to call her or anybody at iRelocation Systems, it always went directly to voice mail. Finally On 6 July I got a hold of Nicole she stated she had checked with dispatch and the shipment would be delivered on 7 July and that she would call me back by 9 AM 7 July to confirm. She did not call back, and no shipment was not delivered.  On 7 July she called me very distraught that I had filed a BBB complaint. She was rude vulgar and yelling. But promised a Saturday or Sunday delivery and a call back to confirm; of course that did not happen.  10 July I again spent most of the day trying to contact her, phone went directly to voice mail. When, and I think by accident she answered her phone, she stated that she would have to sort 'this mess out with her dispatcher and she would call me back. I informed her that I had hired and attorney, to which she stated they had 21 days to get my stuff delivered, and hung up. She never returned my call. After almost 60 attempts to contact Nicole and get a straight story, the story changed every time I managed to speak with her. I decided that it was in my best interest to seek legal help, but come to find out legal action must be filed in Broward County Florida.    Now the matter for me was in my attorneys hands and we would wait out the 21 day delay than sue for breach of contract. My intent is to still seek civil action.  Miraculously arrived, out of the blue, on 17 July, I was contacted by the iRelocation driver and he stated he would arrive at 7 PM. The truck arrived at about 8 PM. The goods were off loaded in a less that organized manner, some boxes were crushed. We are still accessing the amount of damage. One couch had been sprayed with cat urine, and is ruined. The items were not stored securely if a cat could get in and spray a wrapped couch.    This is a horrible company to do business with. At no time would they tell me where my goods were being stored. They held my goods hostage, and upped the bill  by 200 dollars, additional storage I was told. They did not protect my personal information. They have absolutely no customer service. They are deceptive, they are dishonest (countless lies) and very unprofessional.   Although they have some glowing reviews, I strongly suspect, through syntax annalist and yes I am an expert in that field, that they are written by no more then three people; all of whom may work for the company and of course a random review. They can say what they like. My statement is based on truth and records. To conclude you should NEVER DO BUSINESS with IRELOCATION SYTEMS. I am just one of many who have fallen victim.

    Do Not Use This Company!

    This company is very unprofessional, unorganized and lacks communication skills. I feel like they may be a scam. They do not have a legit company number and their "few" employees use "Magic Jack" numbers. After charging my account for an almost $400 deposit for a $1700 move estimate, I received a call saying I had to pay the full amount before the movers would come out to me. Then the "manager" Arthur called me and said that was a scammer. After that incident they rescheduled my move date and never showed up! I called to cancel their service and they never refunded my deposit, even after calling for a month to remind them. Now, they won't answer my calls. (I got through once and they said I should've received it by now, but I never did.).
