   Horrible experience moving from Germany to the US. Crew did not show up in Berlin when they said they would and then lied to us several times about when the packing up would be finished. Furniture was terribly packed, including our most precious piece of furniture — a handmade dining room table — which turned out not to have been wrapped at all! All of our furniture had nicks and scratches on it and several pieces were lost or — most likely — stolen (like, for example, an expensive Dyson fan/air purifier). I would never recommend this company to anyone!

   Move of items from Germany to the US

   I had a terrible experience with ITO transporting items that were inheritance from Germany to the US. The movers were very unprofessional. Mostly college students. Items were not packed correctly. They lost a whole box of items and never took responsibility. Countless items were destroyed and broken during the shipment. Delivery in the US was another disaster: a couple with two young children in tow were unloading the items from the moving truck. Several hours delayed. Regarding the missing box ITO told me that it was my responsibility which is outrageous. I trusted the movers but that was a big mistake. I had everything insured to be replaced at new value but they hardly paid anything. Bottom line: terrible service. I lost multiple irreplaceable items. Someone must have stolen the missing box. A box does not get lost with a responsible moving company. If there were a zero star rating I would give them zero!

   Stolen/ Lost Items.

   We PCS'd recently from Germany to New Mexico. While everything seemed to go as planned packing in Germany, we discovered upon unpacking our Household Goods, that ALL of our Valued Cordless Tools including all spare Batteries, Chargers along with other High-Value Items are missing, which can not be a Coincidence because some of the utensils for those tools made it. To make matters worse, it seems as this "loss" was planned because the movers stated "Tools" on the Inventory without detailed Description.Unfortunately, we were inexperienced with this sort of Move, so we did not know what to watch out for and trusted the Packers as they seemed to be knowledgeable! Another Issue is, that sometime during the Journey they unpacked multiple Boxes with Clothes to use them as Cushion or to safe Space! Upon Delivery, the movers had to ask for a Basket to pick up the Clothes which all were scattered in the Crate.If our Insurance Claim gets denied, because the Items are not listed properly, we will file a theft Report and Sue the Company if necessary. I don't recommend this Company at all and learned a valuable Lesson, as to not trust any Moving Company in the Future.
