   Can’t say enough positive things!

   The team were wonderful from first contact to the removal day. Matt was great to work with, he sent a staff member around to check my inventory to ensure that everything was accounted for and the price was correct. Talking of price - amazing value! The guys were on time, clean, friendly and respectful. Really lovely guys. They even hoovered my house before leaving as they knew I was running short of time, which was so kind! Everything was packed so well and so carefully, and they put the furniture back together in no time, which was amazing in terms of helping to settle in. Honestly - cannot recommend highly enough!! Just fantastic.

   Moving House

   We had several quotes for moving, and though J-Load was not the cheapest, they were so thorough, from the moment Chris walked through the door to do the survey, to Matt, always being there at the end of the phone, and to the actual move itself over two days. Darren, Gabriel and Warren who came to actually move our belongings were lovely friendly lads, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was carefully stowed on the trucks. Not having to empty wardrobes or chests of drawers was a huge bonus as it saved a lot of time at both ends. Within a few hours they had loaded the truck, driven to our new home and unloaded everything. Beds were dismantled and then put together again in the new house. I wanted to leave my freezer full till the last minute, and they even emptied that for me and put it all in the container with the ice I had bought. Brilliant service all round, and very highly recommended.

   House move

   From the moment Matt came to provide a quote(1 out of 5 companies) he made me feel at ease about preparing to move house, providing advice and tips. I even decided if J-Load came in more expensive I would use them as Matt made me feel at ease with the process. Turns out it was the most competitive quote. It was a 2 day move, with the garage and garden being moved the day before and the house on completion day. The crew arrived on time both days and were hard-working. They took control of the move and we sorted the cleaning! It was a really smooth home move and stress free. To move a 5 bedroom house in one day and have left by 430pm shows how hard they worked to get the job done. Great communication and care throughout. I would recommend and use again.    J-load Exceeded all our expectations

   We initially selected J-load because they were the most competitive overall and we really liked Matthew Bell when he came round to quote. Then on moving day the chaps who did the move could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were cheerful, calm, positive and hard working, and kept us at ease. They took all our large furniture apart and rebuilt it in the new place and couldn't do enough to help. They even helped to select good locations for furniture in our new home, and were still there at 5.30pm on a Friday asking us if there was anything else they could do. I would thoroughly recommend J-Load and would like to thank them for their efforts with our move. I feel like they went over and above what was expected of them and it was a pleasure using them.

   Cannot rate this company any better.Matthew put me completely at ease from the beginning.Nothing was too much trouble and the guys doing the moving were lovely even when the completion took longer they never complained.A few days later Matt phoned to see that I was settled in okay.Would recommend in a heartbeat and would use again.
