   move contents within a storage facility

   downsizing from a 10x30 to a 10x20. did all the measurements but was still skeptical. Tim and Tre arrived on time,as promised. They took a quick look, smiled and said lets get started. They are very friendly but still professional. They never stopped for a minute until the job was done. They did an amazing job and very quickly and efficiently. the price was as quoted . Best experience i have ever had with a moving company. The move was set up by James, who went out of his way to meet my needs. Great company,great people . Highly recommend them without hesitation . They are the best. Thank You very much, Frank Stella

   The lead mover and his helper.

   The two gentlemen showed up on time. That was a good thing. They brought a hand truck but no appliance dolly. They also didn't have any packing tape on hand. Our son had to drive 8 miles one way to the nearest hardware store to purchase tape. The lead guy worked at a steady pace the entire time they were at our house. The young helper on the other hand started off fine but as time went on began to slack off. For an example: when the lead guy was taking apart the bed frames, the helper was standing around texting his girlfriend or whatever instead of making himself useful. Unfortunately not everything that we own fit into the 26' U-Haul. We had to put the remainder back into the storage unit we were renting. But if the movers take apart our dining table to fit more things into the moving truck, they should at least make sure that the table pedestal makes it to our new house and not just the table top and chairs. We're using a card table to eat at until we make another trip from No. Central Idaho to California to retrieve the rest of our things from the storage unit. Perhaps these guys should find another line of work if moving folks isn't their cup of tea.

   Dishonest and theft

   The movers stole our frenchie dog, we believe they hid her from the owner of the house because the movers had two different stories as well as the home owner they did the move for. The company did not care or help provide further information when we contacted them.
