THE BEST.
Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service from JP Urban. Front to back moving and follow-up/follow through. A few dishes broke (likely due to my poor packing) and they reimbursed me fully (not the measly 20 cents on the dollar that some other moving companies do). These guys are the best. Careful, caring, thorough, professional. They act as if you are the only moving job they have. Use them. Now.

JP Urban Moving is fantastic! We used them during our recent move from 2 bedroom 3rd floor walk-up to 2 bedroom 3rd floor walk-up. We moved some of the boxes ourselves and left them with about 20 boxes and lots of furniture.They sent 5 guys who moved like coordinated dancers. Very friendly and professional. Our move was done in 5 hours and came under their quote. They packed our furniture REALLY well. Nothing came close to being damaged. Recommended them to a friend who also hired them and was super happy. Tip: booked earlier especially if you're moving end of month.
