   I just completed my move with Rob, Ahmad, and Santtos. The guys were on time, on point and extremely professional. They were also just fun to be around. I’d work with them again.

   Never hire anyone else but these guys!! John John And Tim moved a 20 foot box truck that was as full as it could possibly be to our 3rd floor apartment in less than 3 hours!! And Rick did an awesome job setting it all up. I will never hire anyone else, and I will make sure all of my friends and family use them! I'm so happy with the job they did. I'm absolutely stunned that they moved things that me And my dad and friend could barely move with a dolly across the house and they just picked it up and carried it to the third floor! And I had a stand up freezer and that was carried up with no problem as well. These guys are great!!

   This guy keeps changing his company name and his methods because he’s a scam artist. I had to call the cops on this guy 3 years ago when he used a different name. He’s still scamming people out of money. I contacted him recently under this new business name. He’s running the same scam. He won’t provide his information but will blackmail you once your stuff is on his truck. STAY AWAY.

   Worst moving experience ever!

   We are a military family and have moved 21 times in the past 30 years. 3 years ago we used Jtr of OKC and were satisfied enough to leave them five stars, so I felt comfortable utilizing them again. Awful mistake! I'm not in the habit of leaving one-star reviews but this was easily the very worst move we've ever experienced. I hired four movers for four hours, the exact same of people and hours I utilized for the exact same move three years ago. We have the same amount of furniture, etc..and the past move was accomplished in under the four hours. This move, the warning bells went off early. For starters, every time I moved from one room to another there seemed to be one or two movers standing around. My neighbor actually noticed this and texted me to say the same! Next warning bell was how sloppy the truck was loaded. The guy in charge was joking that I had too big of a truck for my move, yet he loaded so poorly that at the three hour mark, he informed me a SECOND trip would be needed! Returning to reload, the supervisor got into a heated argument with one of the loaders and for twenty minutes, I was hearing "come at me, bro" and "I'll roll up on you at your house" while the crew STOOD AROUND! The supervisor told the loader, along with another who apparently sided with him, that they were done and could find their own way home. We are now at the FOUR HOUR MARK and my truck is due back in an hour. So I get to my house with two of the four movers I paid for, they do a quick unload and inform me I owe for an extra hour. The supervisor gets on the phone and whoever is on the line says $100 cash will do it. At this point I have 20 minutes to get my truck back and know I will have to pursue this later. Next problem..I get back to the house I'm moving out of and THEY HAVE LEFT A FREEZER BEHIND!! I had pointed out the freezer in particular and told them to load it last so it would be first off. Well, they never loaded it!! And while we were at my new home, I pointed out where the freezer should go, not realizing it wasn't on the truck. But they must have realized it because they loaded a bunch of boxes in from of where I said to put it!! Finally, I have a number of damaged items, including a dining room table with a chunk out of the top, a table my wife spent weeks redoing last summer, as well as beds which are dinged up and damaged. I paid for a dozen blanket sized move protectors from UHaul, when I was sweeping the truck to return it I saw they had used only ONE! This is ridiculous. I would have been better off hiring people off the street. I would give less than a star if possible and believe me, I'm sharing my experience with everyone I know.

   Ordered 3 helpers - only 2 showed - NO REFUND.

   I ordered 3 guys for 3 hours. Only 2 guys showed up. The owner (Rick) assured me he would issue a refund. I reached out to him again after a week passed. He said he sent the refund that day and to expect to wait 7-10 business days. Having not received the refund after 30 days, I reached out to him again. Again, he said he would check into it. And no further response. After filing a complaint with movinghelp.com, Rick "claimed" I said it was okay not to refund the money.. absolute lie. I would not recommend using JTR of OKC for your moving needs.. multiple complaints about only 2 workers showing and no refund issued.

   JT & R is unreliable and unprofessional.

   Do NOT use JT & R Services. We worked with Rick, who agreed to move our belongings out of our moving truck and into our new apartment. After telling me repeatedly that he "would take care of us", he left us hanging for 5 hours. Once he showed up, he said he wouldn't be able to do it that day since it was so late. He said to try him tomorrow, but he never responded then either. After seeing our apartment, he said it would be too difficult. We were on the 2nd floor and had an elevator. My wife and I were able to move everything in ourselves, and I admit it was difficult. But if we were able to do it, why was it too hard for Rick who supposedly makes a living doing this? Trust me; save yourself the trouble and avoid JT & R services in OK. I've never experienced a "business" so unprofessional and unreliable. .
