   Smooth and Effective

   Tom and Michael were everything I wanted in a moving team for my moving day. They took us from Canton to Plymouth before I knew it. The job was quoted at five hours they got done in 4 1/2! Good Work Kenway

   Amazing movers and team

   Solid team, pretty organized, and the pricing is fair. I would use Kenway again if needed. We simply took the furniture of a 2 bedroom house from a previous home to a 3 bedroom house with a pickup of storage along the way. The work was done timely. Men did stop for fuel along the way which I didn’t care for, but it was 30 minutes and they ended up not billing for. Shrink wrap being $26 per roll, might consider purchasing my own. All in all good quality for the work done and cost of it. Pleased as could be ultimately.

   Ray and his company are not very honest about cost

   I used Kenway Moving to move my small office. I understood that there was a 2 hour minimum (they were running a special) and got a quote of $426 It took under an hour to load and unload my furniture. When the 2 movers were leaving they checked in the owner and they told me I would receive an invoice with the final cost. I never received an invoice but when I checked my credit card account, I was charged $494.80. I left voicemail messages with the business line and the owner's cell, I sent texts ans emails asking for an itemized receipt. They will not respond. I DO NOT recommend this company because they are shady. I gave them 2 stars because the movers did a a good job.

   Never use Kenway moving !!!

   Never use Kenway Moving!!!! The movers are nice, but the company use unethical tactics to hide all additional fees. They give you quote and never mentioned will charge your hidden fee. After moving, they will bill you very huge number and never response to you anymore. If you look the company website, even no business address listed on it. Also, they will change the moving date without notice in advance and never ask for your approval.

   I attempted to utilize your services for 3 hrs on September 29th. No one ever showed and I paid $456.00 that has not been refunded to me. I've reached out to them multiple times only to get no response ?

   Packers

   Just letting Kenway moving company that a group of their packers that were used for the packing of my in laws house were disrespectful and did not listen to my requests on things I did not want packed. Plus making comments on how valuable things are and taking pictures of items to see if they are valuable. I am totally dissatisfied with the service that I was given with being a military spouse who has a husband serving active in the military and he has lost all his family members. Your company should be ashamed of the treatment that we were given and the service

   I would have gave them ZERO starts if I could have . This was a horrible experience and a rip off . I signed a contract for one price and when movers got there they said I had to much stuff and it would be double . Kenway knew exactly what was being moved ! I could not afford double so I told them I have to cancel I was quoted and signed for one price not for it to double and the Kenway employeestated“the company was sketchy They do this to ppl all the time and he was pisst. Cause he wasn’t going to make any money and he was quitting in 2 weeks “ so now I am really afraid of my valuables being taken . They tore up my neighbors yard with their moving truck and left . I then received a cancellation fee of $175 plus the deposit of $100 and they said if was because I cancelled . They breached their contract . I will be consulting an attorney if my money is not refunded .

   This has been the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They did not move all of my items for the quote they sent me - would not return my calls - and charged me for the full quote. Do not use their service. Trust me - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY.

   This has been a nightmare move. They were to be at my apartment at 9am because my new apartment has freight elevator hours from 10am - 1pm. Movers didn't come until 11:30pm. I was moving 35 miles away. I didn't make the timeframe causing me to pay extra to stay in my packed apartment. They stayed far too long in their truck between loads, and I smelled beer on their breath. The quote was highly inaccurate. Missing items, broken entertainment center and broke my electric recliner. I can't put my bed together because the mover put them in his toolbox and the replacement movers didn't have them. I've moved from Germany to the US two times and never even came close to the nightmare this has been. This company needs to be held accountable for their horrible business practices. Please reconsider using this company. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with incompetent people like this.

    STAY AWAY THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS!

    ZERO STARS!!!! They made me choose one to write the review- I originally booked this company to move me on a Monday after their company called me on the previous Saturday. They asked me can they reschedule until Tuesday between 9-11am and asked that I placed a deposit. I did just that, but waited for hours all packed up and hadn’t heard from anyone. I call the number provided ( which has a voicemail of a personal cell phone NOT a business. After numerous tries nobody answers but then texts me asking to reschedule AGAIN! By this time, I’d had it. I requested a refund, then oddly enough the guy whom I believe said his name was Cj called and asked me did I still need services. He said if I did they’d send someone over. I waited another 3 hours and still no show. I tried calling again numerous times only to be told that he was in a meeting and the “team” would be arriving by 1pm. Long story short, they never showed up, took my money and were extremely unprofessional. I’ve confronted about them being scammers after I went and read their reviews, they blocked me. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT book them, they are scammers looking for any way to get over on good people. They should be called STAYAWAY instead of Kenway. Garbage a** company
