   Broken Furniture And Credit Card Surcharges.

   Several problems with this business. Poor communications, no follow-thru, Doesn't respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Broke 2 pieces of our furniture right in front of us so he had to admit the crew broke it. Promised check in mail several times. NOPE not here after 3 months. Promised claim submitted to insurance company. NOPE no word yet after 3 months. Charged a SURCHARGE for using credit card which is not legal in Florida. He's hoping if he waits long enough we will forget. Just reported him to our bank for surcharging, reported to VISA Corporate for surcharging, filed claim with Better Business Bureau for breakage not replaced or refunded & for surcharging for using credit cards. Lack of professionalism by the owner. So many lies and promises not kept. Not responding to our problems.

   Avoid like the plague

   First, the company increased the cost of my move after loading all of my stuff onto their trucks (a practice that violates Florida law). Second, when they scratched my new TV, claimed that their liability was limited, even though no limitation was ever mentioned in their quote (and Florida law requires that limitations be expressly included). I'll note that the company doesn't use TV boxes when it moves TVs - it simply wraps them in moving blankets. To date, the company hasn't paid a dime for the damage to my TV. To add to this, the company claims on its website to be a BBB accredited business, when in fact it has an "F" rating from the BBB. Decent price, but completely shady business practices.
