   The service provided by this company was exceptional. After being recommended by multiple colleagues, I decided to use their services for my move and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. David and Jim worked with us for two consecutive days, first to pack our belongings and then to move them into our new home. They were prompt, communicative, considerate, cautious, amiable, and efficient. Their service was beyond my expectations. Upon completion of the move, they conducted a thorough check to ensure that nothing was left behind and did another check to confirm that everything was arranged to our liking. They even assisted us in placing five bookshelves in our desired location in the living room. The service was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thank you, David and Jim, for your hard work!

   I have to say.. I had a ton of stuff.. Some to save and some to get rid of.. I had the best experience with Levy brothers.. Jimmy was excellent.. He helped me decide what to save.. And what to get rid of.. Very helpful..and handsome.. Thank you Jimmy xo.

   I moved to NC. from NY in 2021 and it has been a nightmare. They lost my headboard and ruined my Sleep Number bed. I had other things either lost or broken. I had to file for the lost and broken items. The estimate was $6500 and all they game me was $850 that after 2 Years, I finally got my check. I had an older man with a bad back move my stuff. If it wasn't for the day workers that they hired, it would have taken them into the late night to finish.

   We used this company to move out of our home in East Meadow LI after researching so many other companies, reading reviews and getting advice from many others on which company was best. I would absolutely not recommend them!!!! They stored our furniture and all our boxes in their facility until we moved them all down to us in South Carolina on Monday 4/25. We sold all our expensive furniture before we moved except for 2 pieces- our couch which was custom made and my son's bed which he picked out himself before we moved. We were told by the owner that anything that is taken apart will be put back together in the original condition and they cover for all items moved and stored by their company. After unpacking the sectional couch we noticed the back cushions were missing and were told by the 2 movers to check ourselves all our boxes - see picture. Also they were not able to put my son's new bunk bed together fully the way it was set up. The men who moved our stuff told us they didn't know what else to do so left and told to call the company ourselves. We have been contacting the company since last week - we were told the owner is away so have been leaving messages for the manager in charge and haven't gotten any calls or messages returned. No call back in over 9 days!!!! As you can imagine we are extremely upset and just want the issue resolved. The contract signed by us covers for any lost or damaged personal belongings. How can a company do this and not return any of our calls or want to help us after spending thousands of dollars with them?
