   Fantastic Movers.

   Legacy Movers were FANTASTIC!  I would recommend them to any of my friends or family who are moving.  They were so quick and efficient and were gentle with all of our belongings.  They moved my upright piano, our huge handmade bar chest, and our king bed with no issues, and were patient when we were deciding where to put them in our new place.  They showed up right on time, and were very affordable compared to other companies in the area.  Quick, kind, and efficient.  I couldn't ask for anything better.

   Legacy movers was great! The gentleman showed up early, took amazing care of my stuff, and did all the hard work with respect and kind smiles. Thank you for making a stressful life event so easy! I trusted these guys and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

   Excellent Service!

   This has been a good company to work with. We had a three man crew help move most of our house into storage, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew made sure everything was protected and went the extra mile to give special care to anything I was concerned about. We are using them for sure for our next move.

   The best company.

   Had to make a quick last minute, same day move.. Everyone gave me high priced quotes for 2 boxes I need to move soooo I Gave Legancy movers a call and his answer was an IMMEDIATE YES!! What more can I say: Professional, friendly, effective, on time, great attitude, helpful and GREAT PRICE!! Will def recommend Pierre and his services!

   Long distance move from Boston, MA to Delray Beach, Florida.

   I hired Legacy Movers to move me from Boston, MA to Delray Beach, FL and I couldn't be happier with this decision! During the move, they were professional and courteous, and they delivered on their promise to get my belongings to my new apartment on a specific day! Due to a previous experience with a moving company being 2 weeks late delivering my belongings, I was a little skeptical about not going with one of the big name, and obviously much pricier, moving companies. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived right on time, when they said they would! Great job Legacy Movers! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and can confidently recommend them to anyone who is moving long distance!

   Absolutely our worst move ever.

   After a quote of $3050, our belongings were loaded and then we were hit with demand for $4000 more. Delivery was scheduled for 5 days but took 13 and no one at the company could update us on when we would see our shipment. Then when delivered our items were stowed wherever the crew wanted to drop them. Much of what was labeled for house ended up in the barn, even boxes of food. To top it off, 3 items never showed up and customer service has not returned calls. I am on the edge of legal action. We entered the contract and they were known as Silver Moving and somehow in the midst of the move they became Legacy Movers. Do not use this mover!

   New owner.

   I used this company before and we didn't have an exciting experience but the NEW owner seems to have wanted to make things up by offering money for our damaged goods. I sent him a list and costs of what was damaged and he said "HIS" insurance will cover it. The damages were over 2000 dollars and "HIS" insurance only gave me 200 bucks. hahaha the guy seemed agitated that this new company that he bought has TONS Of bad reviews and I think he will continue to do bad business. steer clear of this company.

   Dreadful moving experience.

   We moved our daughter across country. Our experience was worse than awful. They promised our possessions in nine days but did not deliver for TWO MONTHS and, then, only after we filed several complaints with the federal agency that regulates movers. When our things arrived, they were jammed into a corner of a huge truck-- boxes and possessions smashed (despite meticulous bubble wrapping of every item.). All power tools and other valuables were stolen. We were told every week that our possessions were "on the truck and on its way" "coming Thursday" (which required us to drive several hours to receive it only for it not to arrive), "in a warehouse in California and you have to give us more money", "in a warehouse in Texas", "in a warehouse in Atlanta", etc. We had huge extra expenses because we needed clothing (for work), a place to live, household goods during the two months we waited (besides being charged extra just to get our things back at all as they held them hostage..). Phone calls were frightening to the point that we had our daughter give out our number and block this mover's number from her phone. When they did show up, at ten o'clock at night, they had to wait for the local young men they had hired to come and unload the truck. They do not even have their own employees. Having recently read reviews about experiences exactly like ours, I am wary of the reviews with higher ratings and wonder whether they are legitimate. I only gave one star because you are not allowed to give no stars! I do not recommend this company. They were completely dishonest with us every step of the way.. (Furthermore, they held themselves out as movers with their own trucks. They are not. They subcontract out and wait until they have huge loads collected in warehouses before they send. They also use aliases--both personally and as a business. They claimed to be "integrity movers" (ha!), legacy movers, tweety movers) I reiterate: they did not once tell us the truth..

   Worst Consumer Experience I've Ever Had.

   This company is a joke. If you read the fine print on their quotes it basically says they don't guarantee any of their work. My expected delivery date was 4/8 and it didn't arrive until 5/6. I asked for a discount and they said according to my quote they were not late because it wasn't guaranteed. Upon pick up the driver said that his co-workers came from Seattle to Sacramento to work and were sleeping in their cars and hadn't gotten paid. The delivery driver's boss told the driver to cash the check I wrote for the pick-up cost because he couldn't provide a paycheck. Pretty shady if you ask me. Upon pick up they called me 3 different times to say they were coming over. The first was too early, the second was the correct day, the third time was after my stuff had already been picked up. When they did pick up my stuff they showed up at the wrong address even though I confirmed it with them multiple times. Every time I called the number on the website I spoke to a different person, that's if they answered at all. I was told my stuff was "on a truck" probably 3-4 times before it actually was. When it finally arrived they had packing tape directly on my 30-40 year old furniture which left sticky residue. One of the furniture pieces was transported upside down which caused scratches all over the top surface of the piece. Corners and edges of my furniture was dinged. The boxes marked fragile has holes in them and if it wasn't for my dad's professional wrapping I have no doubt that my stuff would have arrived broken. I 100% agree with Quiana's review and I would suggest going with another company and paying the couple hundred dollars more. This company is not worth the headache. They definitely should be reported to the better business bureau.

    Negative stars.

    I wish I could give this company negative stars. Service is horrible, they are rude and extremely unprofessional. Kept changing my pickup date and I could never get anyone on the phone. When I finally did get to discuss things with someone in reference to a refund of my deposit because they changed the date so many times and told me it would be 7-10 business days to bring my things 1300 miles. I expressed I wasn't ok with that since they were already several days late. I got hung up on several times. Romeo Stevens is a liar who is charming until he gets your money. Michelle in dispatch is a liar who cursed at me and the so called owner/manager Mike hasn't done a thing to resolve my issue. Whatever you do please don't use this company they are nothing but scam artists. I'm reporting them to the BBB as well as the DOT. I encourage you to do the same if you've had a similar experience with them. Maybe we can get this so called moving company shut down.
