   Integrity & Professionalism

   Top class move for me yesterday from Dai Logan and his team . Professional and organised. Even when the day was long and tiring they kept going, tackling some awkward pieces of garden furniture and didn’t stop until we were in, the washing machine plumbed-in, and all sorted and squared away. Dai was a word-of-mouth recommendation to me, and I’m happy to pass that on too. 10/10.

   Long distance move

   They were incredible, they moved us from wales to the middle of England! Everything was manage by them! They were so kind to my family and supported is with the whole move! They provided page and safe containers for our items so nothing would break and then placed all items into correct rooms into the places we needed them so the rooms were laid out for us automatically! Anything they dismantled they support putting back together! I couldn’t be more grateful to them, or recommend them enough! I would 100% use them in the future! They were incredible and amazingly priced! Thank you for helping us move and supporting us in the next chapter of our lives!

   House move

   We hired Logan Removals for our house move, Dai and his crew were brilliant. Not a single item damaged or marked, all loaded and unloaded quickly and with care. The loading was in a tricky 3 floor house with all sorts of twists and turns and close walls. No scuffs or damage were left anywhere. Same with the unloading, all perfect and done with care. Brilliant company, would recommend for any house move.

   Faultless

   It is rare these days to find a company that care about the service they provide. These guys do. Dai was always available and returned every call, text or email. The stress of removal was taken away by these great guys who worked consistently with efficiency and good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, thank you Dai, Josh and Rob.

   Great service and happy customer

   Dai was fantastic through the whole process. Had numerous conversations prior to move date. A very stressful situation was made stress free but their professionalism and knowledge of moving process. His expertise around leaving time after exchange before completion to prepare properly and discussions around sofa removal to ensure know damage and could safely remove from old property was invaluable. Extremely competitive pricing. I recommend and would certainly use again - 5 stars!

   If you get the opportunity to use this firm, don't hesitate. Dai and his team were amazing, even the bad weather didn't phase them, they were extremely helpful and smiled throughout. Best of all was the price, I shall definitely be using them again.

   Full house removals

   Found Logan Removals through this site of good reviews. Needed three bed house removals 14 miles away to new home. Dai and his men turned up day before to empty shed and garden items as arranged. Used three vans in total so house contents went into two vans. Dai and his men were punctual, friendly and happy to be doing their jobs. They all put my mind at rest and took the stress out of a very busy day. Not one item was damaged or lost, not even a box was squashed! They took all items to relevant rooms for me, they even dismantled and reassembled my double bed! Very reasonable cost for three vans and four men. They were professional to the very last minute of the job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough…trustworthy and reliable is an understatement. Thank you Dai, Adam, Jamie and Robert! ?

   Excellent in every aspect

   Can't fault this friendly family business, so professional, honest and factual, what they say is what you get, went above and beyond other removal companies I have experienced, never complained once even when delivering on a building site new home with wet paint. Everything about this company took the stress of moving away. Highly recommended.

    Move from Bournemouth to Pembrokeshire

    From the initial contact with Dai to the move completed by Jamie it was faultless. Initially we thought we could move the stuff ourselves and Dai was not pushy with the sale but said to contact him if we changed our mind. A couple of months later we changed our mind and from initial contact to moving date was within a week. The service was much cheaper than any local courier either in Bournemouth or Pembrokeshire but the service was brilliant and worth every penny. Jamie arrived at 11am and within an hour everything was loaded from the 3 bedroom bungalow onto the lorry. A great deal of care was taken with every item and everything strapped down safely which was a priority to Jamie. None of the items were damaged in the move which is a credit to them as a lot of the items were old and fragile. When he arrived in Pembrokeshire he unloaded the items into their new locations within the house. Nothing was too much trouble and Jamie went above and beyond what we would expect from experiences with other couriers in the past. Jamie was incredibly friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. It was a stress free removal which is great when trying to sell a property. Two days later Dai even rang us up to check that the move went well and if there was anything further he could help with. This is amazing customer service and I recommend Dai and his team to anyone whether its a big move or small.
