   It was a pleasure to have guys from Lone star movers helping me with moving long distance my 2 bedroom appartment. Fast , careful and price wise very fare. Job was done to my liking . Definitely will recommend!

   Lone Star Movers finished my move today. I’ve moved quite a bit, so it was one of, if not, the best move experience I've ever had. On the pickup the team came 5 minutes early. They worked around 4 hours packing everything up. They worked nonstop, packed the boxes and labelled everything. I really felt that things were well looked after. The pricing and bill was fully explained upfront. I also used storage for a couple weeks. Everything is was delivered in the same condition everything was packed. A truly great moving experience.

   My spouse and I travel a lot for work so we were dreading the moving experience. But luckily with Lone Star Movers everything went smoothly. David and his team were remarkable. Then they moved everything and unpacked it all. They were quick, efficient, and such a pleasure to work with. Now moving to the big city we’re coming with peace at mind knowing we’re off to a fresh good start.

   Moving from Dallas to Florida.

   Our last moving experience was not so pleasant with an other company and this time these guys gave us confidence in moving again with a company. We were super weary of falling into a trap again and making a mistake of choosing the wrong company. And we didn’t want to do it ourselves. One of my neighbors actually recommend us to use them. The price they quoted was was on point. With the FaceTime Video estimate everything worked out. They were on time, fast, and nice. Hopefully we won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we do we will be entrusting these guys with our move.

   Wow! From the moving quote consultant, to the customer service, the packing and loading team, to the delivery. Everything was good. I’ve moved previously with other movers. So choosing a good company was very important. Glad everything went well. I recommend them if you’re looking for an A+ company.

   We had quite a large move from North Carolina to Arizona, we gave Lone Star some flexibility on the pickup. A three day window for the full pack. When we got our things delivered, everything was safe and sound. The move turned out to be a lot bigger than what we thought, but they still came out with excellence. Would definitely recommend.

   Horrible service.

   The truck arrived days late and I ended up paying $1100 on top of the initial quote. Anytime you're getting a moving quote make sure the square footage price you're quoted for is the same if you take up additional space. Or have someone come out to give you a quote so there wont be any surprises. Upon delivery the truck came a week after my available date and rescheduled twice. The guys loading the items were kind but outside of that I would never book a move through this company again.

   Buyer Beware.

   Moved my son cross country - this company is so incredibly poor they shouldn't even be in business!! They take care of your belongings alright, steal it right out of the truck!! Cost double what was contracted!! Lots of hidden fees..poor service and once they find out you're not happy, they block all communication!

    Worst Company Ever.

    Buyer beware! This company is as UNDEPENDABLE as they come. If you want a company that does NOT price gouge, calls you when the truck is on the way, delivers your boxes in a timely manner, and has friendly representatives to help you resolve any problems, this company is definitely NOT THE COMPANY TO USE. Our experience included an additional $2500 over the initial estimated cost, 14 days for my dads stuff to be delivered to a location 4 hours away (after being told it would be delivered in 2 days on a date they allowed me to pick), a truck too big to be able to deliver to the address we gave (even though they were notified of the limitations when we booked them) which resulted in an offer to 'fix' the problem for another $800, and unknowledgeable, uncaring, and unhelpful customer service representatives. In all of my years dealing with companies for ANY type of service, this is by far the WORST COMPANY I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. How any of the employees can sleep at night knowing how they treat their customers is a testament to how some companies operate solely for the all mighty dollar. If this company went out of business tomorrow, this world would be a much better place. My advice to anybody looking to use this company is to RUN AWAY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
