Interstate Move
The van arrived 2 1/2 hours later than the 6pm time quoted. It took 3 movers 2 1/2 hours to load 20 items that they claimed to equal the 630cu ft that I was quoted. They argued over the personal check, as company policy decrees otherwise, but left promising delivery the next day. The dispatchers were very rude. None of my calls have been answered and I don’t know where my belongings are. I don’t have my belongings a week later - the check cleared Monday after the move.
