   Long distance house mive

   M&G transport removal team on both days of our house move were simply incredible! We don’t know how they managed to move all of our stuff with such ease, and good humour. All of our precious belongings arrived safely and they went the extra mile to put things where we wanted them. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone moving house - especially when travelling long distances. Thank you M & G.

   Last minute help with moving furniture

   Having spoken with two drivers carrying out a removal to north of Scotland it was arranged that they took pieces of furniture to my son on their journey home to Birmingham . M&G could not have been more helpful . I would recommend this company to anyone. Huge thank you to all

   Right from the initial discussion, quote to schedule and implementation the service was brilliant. The expertise that M&G have in the whole process made the experience very easy. The advice offered on how to pack was a great help. They can provide that service if you would rather. The moving team were punctual, polite and very professional offering advice the whole way. Moving home is a stressful experience and working with M&G made it so much easier. We were down to the wire with the exchange of contracts late in the day but the team remained calm and took it in their stride. We recommend M&G wholeheartedly.

   First house move for 40 years.

   They say moving house is a Major Life Event and, after 40 years in our beloved home, it certainly was. After many hiccups we were finally given 5 days notice of completion date. M&G were calm and supportive when receiving our panic phone calls, dropped boxes off soon after and advised us about packing them. On D Day the team were slick, careful and reassuring as well as jolly, amusing and friendly. The final hiccup, after the van had departed, was when a local charity failed to collect left-over furniture as arranged. A quick phone call to M&G resulted in a second van being sent and the items taken to a relatives garage at no extra charge. Crisis over. Empty boxes were collected swiftly and credited soon after. Overall this Company delivered at every stage, taking the stress out of what could have been a nightmare scenario. Can't thank or praise them enough.

   Long Distance Move

   Had used M&G for storage prior to our move and had received such a great service we used them for our move fromWest Mids to Scotland. We found the cost to be more than reasonable and the standard of customer care exceptional. Friendly, professional and courteous from office staff through to removal men. Our house was emptied on day one and delivered to us on day 2 (completion day) After a long shift emptying our house the last thing we’d have wanted was for the guys to have a 6 hour drive. Instead they arrived refreshed and ready to unload the next day - a credit to the company and credit to the company for considering staff safety. I would happily recommend this company.

   M&G Transport Ltd moved me.

   I moved in January from Solihull to Edgbaston. I had 3 quotes, two BAR members ( www.bar.co.uk ) and one non BAR member. To be fair both BAR members were professional. The non BAR member wanted cash payment and did not fill me with confidence. When M&G came in they offered a lot of assurance. They seemed very highly qualified, and, whilst being the most expensive they seemed good value because they promised things that other companies did not seem to match. Their website was great and the service I received from their office was fantastic. The girls on the phones really know what they are talking about. The removal crew I recognised from the photos on the website which filled me with confidence. And they were great. Polite, patient, skilled and courteous and really really good fun! The move started at 9:00 with key release at @2pm and we were all moved in by five. It was easy! I would recommend them anytime. It seems as though all the customer feedback on their website is deserved and genuine.

   we used them once the move was done they get you to sign as they are in a rush and make note of the damage items but they DO NOT REPLACE LATER WHEN YOU FIND OTHER DAMAGE ITEMS THEY DONT CARE TOTAL RUBBISH

   Quotations

   Did not use after being quoted £4760 to move a 3 bed terrace 150 miles. Was also told that I would not recieve my furniture until the day after completion and would have to find a premier inn for the first night of moving to new home. Absolutely shocking!
