   Exceptionally great company! Usually moving companies get a bad rap - something always go wrong. Not this time. What I liked about them - the owner performed the walk-through. The price quoted was what I was charged - no hidden costs. Pickup was on time, five professional gentlemen loaded the truck which was the same truck that made the journey. No switching trucks, no warehouse stays. Arrived as promised three days later. Unloaded by two of the same gentlemen. Nothing broken, nothing missing. I've moved before with another company previously and it was a disaster - missing boxes, broken items, hidden charges. Not this time. Highly recommend them and they cover the entire east coast. Kudos guys!

   Total scam!!! Wanted to charge twice what they quoted. They lied about delivery dates. They verbally lie to you then hide behind the fine print on the contract. Then, we refused to pay more in advance and they would not deliver. Then wanted storage fees. Never got our things back. Run…. Don’t walk away!!!

   They were nothing short of criminal

   The quote I received was 3700. Ultimately I was charged 6100. They also told me they did not have enough room for my things. I had to rent a truck and drive it from NY to Georgia to bring what they refused to take. When they delivered my things the driver was by himself. After literally being robbed by them, I had to help the driver unload the truck. They broke a bed, a dresser, and three televisions.

   SCAM ARTISTS

   My things were picked up (1 week late) in CT. Supposed to be moved to FL right away. Instead. They brought it to the 3rd parties WAREHOUSE where is sat for almost THREE MONTHS. I was in FL with NONE of my stuff. With my 5yr old, and every time I would ask for a manager they were "never there" or "busy"....... there is no management. They gave me an attitude when I would become frustrated after months of NOT KNOWING WHERE MY STUFF WAS. They told me THREE times that my things were ON THE TRUCK IN ROUTE TO ME. And would arrive the next day. I called off of work TWICE to be there.... only to find out MY THINGS WERE STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE in NJ. I ended up moving back to CT because of frustration, contemplation.... partly because of this company. They ruined my move/ new journey in FL. They lie, they scam. Then when they actually brought back my things to CT I was told between 430-630p, they didn't show up till 11pm. They said no checks accepted, only CASH AND CASH APP. They wouldn't even SHOW ME the stuff without payment. I am missing items- they tried giving me other peoples things. This is 100% a SCAM. I was quoted $2500 for the TOTAL JOB. When they picked the stuff up they asked for ANOTHER $1500. Then to get them to OPEN THE TRUCK to actually give me my things back after MONTHS. We had to pay another $1300!!!!! Total is $5,300!!!!! Do NOT get roped in by the low prices because THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. They have so much "fine print" and they HELD MY ITEMS HOSTAGE. I ignored the bad comments on the reviews trying to be hopeful. They ARE ALL TRUE. The good ones DEFINITELY ARE FAKE. They hold your items hostage and extort you for money. I am seeking legal action.
