   Maryland Movers.

   These guys were awesome, they moved me from DC to Rockville. They were professional, polite, and hardworking. All of my belongings were transported without any damage. This was the 1st time I used this moving group and very pleased of how good they are. They were extremely quick and efficient, got the whole job done in about 5 hours, including the drive. They even removed a bunch of furniture that I wasn't moving with me and took it to the dumpsters. Both were polite, knowledgeable and reliable. They were careful with the pieces and wrapped it all well. Thank you for making my move stress-free!

   Damaged goods and improper boxes.

   First, we had requested all new boxes.  I was very firm about this and had said that we understood it would cost more.  They showed up on day of move with all used boxes, trying to convince us to use the used boxes.  We demanded that they provide the new boxes as in the contract.  They then had to go out and buy the boxes, which delayed them starting to pack us. They broke curved china cabinet glass.  They told us they would replace the glass.  After multiple phone calls and e-mails we have still not received back the china cabinet nor received any reimbursement for it.  They continuously would say they would get back to us regarding the broken glass.  Multiple calls saying they are replacing the glass; now there has been a miscommunication with our glass person; now it is too hard to replace, we will just work out a fair reimbursement.  One year later and their fair reimbursement for an antique china cabinet is $50.   Do not trust that they will show up with proper supplies or pay you for items they break. .
