   Expect a bad experience

   Wish I could give this company no stars. They damaged my vehicle and after jumping through hoops to prove that they did it, they now are making it difficult to get it repaired to the same quality before . Deb Sterchele is extremely rude and not helpful. Got a call from Marco Maggiore who is a Vice President. He says he is trying to help but simply is not. He does not know simple questions that I asked and spoke down to me to the point where I did not feel comfortable being the phone with him. All I want was for them to fix the damage they caused. They make it so difficult until you just give up. It has been so upsetting to see how they conduct business.

   Terrible!!

   I usually don't post on this site but I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company.  My wife and I moved to NC from NJ.  The sales guy visited my home and sold me on how great the company is and how they will be by my side from beginning to end.  He also explained how we could also have a representative from the company to oversee the full packing of our home for a little bit during the day.  It sounded like a great company to do business with.  BAD MOVE on my part.  The packers showed up to my house and they were TERRIBLE.  The leader was rude and treated my wife like dirt.  They were lazy and treated our stuff like they were taking out the trash.  Of course, the first ball was dropped when we asked for a rep to please stop by the house to witness this, and not one person showed up.  My wife was HORRIFIED by this whole situation.  Management of this company could care less and the salesman did nothing to help.  Two days later the truck arrived to put up our stuff..The moving guys were GREAT.  Even they were horrified by what the packers did.  I will say this..the movers fixed the issues and packed the truck quickly.  Great job by them.  The truck showed up in NC a few days later.  The unpacking crew were HORRIBLE!  They were unprofessional and used the line "not my job" constantly.  More calls were made to management, and again treated like nobody cared.  It was a mess.  They just threw boxes everywhere, didn't care about where the furniture went, bent lights on the wall, and acted like it was a favor to us they were there.  The crew chief couldn't believe how his guys were treating us and stayed a couple of hours longer just to clean up some of the mess.  The last thing that really bothered me us the unpacking process.  Our stuff was just thrown in boxes..and better yet, some of the boxes just had paper or someones lunch in it.  They wasted boxes with garbage.  I got to pay for moving garbage..lucky me.  I WOULD NEVER use this company again.  My wife and I were so hurt by the way we were ignored by management.  Im still waiting for a call back and it's a month later.  If a sales guy named Mark shows up at your door from United, close the door and lock it!
