   I would use them again.

   They work fast in getting everything moved. The price was reasonable and Nick was transparent with me throughout the entire process. What was quoted was what I was charged, no surprise fees. They moved a three bedroom house to a second floor condo in less than 3 hours (with an hour for transportation). They moved very heavy sewing machines and when they didn't fit in the door opening, they didn't give up and figured out a way to maneuver it into the room. They were careful with all my stuff and packaged them very well. I would use them again.

   Menards Moving and Storage is a five-star company. My family and I are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. The crew was very friendly and respectful and i am personally very thankful for the hard work and respectfulness shown by the crew during our move. They went over and beyond, way beyond my financial capacity. This being our first time using a moving company we were unprepared in a few ways and they did an outstanding job tending to our needs and making sure our move was complete. Menards Moving and Storage went above and beyond for my family and me. Without their huge helping hand our impossible task of last-minute moving became possible.

   Absolutely awed with the attention the movers paid while wrapping my things. They used color-coded boxes and crates and also taped itemized lists on them so I wouldn’t face any issues with unpacking. I cannot begin to thank them for it!

   I was very happy with the service from the Menards Moving team because they showed up on time; they worked very efficiently and were very careful with my belongings. The job was done very professionally and not a single item broke. I will happily recommend them to all my friends who are planning to move. They are very helpful, starting from the planning up to the completion of the move.

   Great care was taken

   I am so lucky I went with Menards movers. Nelson helped me by answering all my questions about getting ready for the move, he used online tools to measure how much furniture we had and the path from my back house to the street. David was very punctual, efficient, and careful - like a moving expert. All the movers were professional and took care of everything. I already recommended them to 2 other friends who were moving too. The estimate was a little lower than the final price, but I had expected that because moving always takes longer than you think. (4-bedroom house, 3 stories, far from the street) So I wasn't surprised because I had figured that would happen. I don't usually write reviews and they didn't ask me to, I was just really relieved and happy they were so good, went above and beyond, got us all set up in our new house including placing rugs and furniture and everything. These are the movers you want to hire."

   Absolutely impressed!

   Moving is usually chaos, but these movers were like a well-oiled machine. The estimate I got online was very accurate, which was a relief. The day of the move, the guys wore shoe covers inside (huge plus!), and they wrapped every single piece of furniture meticulously. They used corner protectors for my dining table – it arrived looking brand new. They were fast but careful, and they also helped disconnect and reconnect my dryer at the new house. Absolutely impressed!

   I thought I did research. Menards is horror. It’s not full service, as advertised.They lied about weight, footage, day late, lied again about it being in Illinois, when it never left Denver. Bait and switch! They don’t care, Bridgeview Van Lines owns them with worse reviews. Shannon, a Menards manager refuses to give me her last name. For 3 weeks! I have called, emailed. They always say “ we are sorry, a manager will get back to you. Richard and Freddy ( inventory ) swindle your inventory and then pawn off your belongings to some other moving company without telling me! What a swindle. Stay away.

   Worst company to work with. They double the original quoted prices as well as not communicate with the customers. When reviewed they continually took it down so therefore I will be constantly putting it back on the reviews. Mr.Menard is a liar and it’s very clear in the reviews. If this continues to happen I will post the signed contract to see that he truly is a liar.

   So instead of taking responsibility, the owner writes “it’s people like you that give the industry a bad name” people like who sir? Can you please elaborate. From where I’m sitting sir you’re doing a fine job giving the industry a bad name.instead of going on the defense why not take the high road and take accountability for your lack of transparency and strategic deceptive practices. If you wish to have a private conversation about my experience I am open to it, but please do not attack people like me. The one who have chosen to express and share their truth.

    Poor Communication and Follow Through

    This company is full of lies and misrepresenting themselves. They stated certain processes would happen and they didn’t. They unfortunately are poor at communicating and treated me with utmost disrespect when I called as I had called too frequently. They told me “I don’t know why you’re calling back when you already spoke to someone and had that question answered.” I felt gaslight and not supported which is the worst possible way to feel during a big move. While my initial experience with them was great, the actual lead up to the move has been hell. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
