   I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was so impressed with their professionalism, their work ethic & the care they took with my belongings. My crew J and Oliver were exceptional!!! I appreciated how detailed they were about what would happen on the day of my move. I was able to check for any answers to my questions straight from the confirmation email I received when I confirmed my move since I needed those details to share with my fiance. I am moving this summer again and I will definitely use their service again. Thanks guys!!!

   The guys did a great job from the moment I booked the move all the way till the end of the move. My co worker used them last year so I thought to give them a try. I was not disappointed since they made it so easy and at the end positioned my furniture the way I wanted it. I highly recommend them!

   The men that packed and unpacked my home where excellent on both ends. They took great care to protect my furniture and all of my possessions. They were polite and professional the entire time they worked. They took care not to mark the walls as they moved furniture. They placed everything where it was to go and even moved things when I changed my mind. They were excellent overall.

   Totally professional.

   The estimator is a great guy and really educates the client on how to maximize their packing and what they can do to save money. he was always available to answer questions or concerns and got back to you right away and his team is very friendly and professional group of guys that always have a smile and made you feel comfortable during a very stressful moving situation. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to use Metro Moving Company without hesitation. They were also the best price after receiving several other quotes. You can't ask for more.

   I can't say enough good things about Metro Moving Company. The estimate process was great. One of the owners came to my house and provided an estimate (which was right on when the job was finished). He was upfront and honest with me and did not play any games as far as up charges or hidden fees. The back office was also great, we moved our moving date and they handled it with ease. They worked with me throughout the process to ensure everything went well. As far as the actual movers, these guys were amazing. They were kind, courteous, polite, and extremely hard working. They worked really hard (through the rain) and got the job done very quickly. Nothing was broken, nothing was scratched, and I have nothing bad to say about how the move went. They even did an although at the end and moved any furniture into the position that wanted so that we didn't have to break our backs after. Given the rep that moving Company's get, I would recommend Metro Moving Company to anyone and everyone for the overall amazing experience that I had with them.

   I Hired this company for my move with in the Dallas City. The price was great and the service was even better. They made this move very easy for me so I can worry about the other arrangements I had to make. The team that came to my house was very professional and pungtual about their business . They also offered a special offer which offers 2 hours of moving service for only $95. I will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

   My move.

   The rate was awesome, arrived on time, and made sure my furniture was protected very well. The only thing I didn’t like is I felt like they were driving extra slow to make time go a little longer. I get driving safe and taking care of the furniture your hauling but the speed limit was 35 and the guy was going under that. Also, I wasn’t told I needed to call to confirm appointment I was told when I made the appointment it had vern set and was I was scheduled. However, they kept calling me the day before while I was at work and I wasn’t able to return the call until after hours, come to find out I did need to confirm my appointment scheduled and I couldn’t do it until the morning of my scheduled move. I must say when I reached out to the office the lady who assisted me was so kind and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t want to go over 2 hrs but it ended up being 3 hrs and I would use them again and I did recommend them to my sister. Not as organized and structured as I would have liked it but no major issues.

   I was recommended to this company by my sister, who used them in November of this year. So I hired them as well. The special offer of $95.00 for 2 hours was a eye catcher. They arrived at a timely fashion. They started loading at 9:25 and was done by 10:50. They put everything in a storage unit for me and it is packed so neatly. The 2 helpers(Ivan and Pedro)were spectacular. I standing there thinking everything is not going to fit, and they made it work. Those guys were great. I will recommend them to everyone that is looking for a moving company. My move included an extra stop which was still a great bargain. Thanks Metro Moving.

   Won't recommend them!

   Even after giving the list of things that needed to be moved from 2 bed room apartments, they sent a small moving truck and the movers had to take forever to figure out how to use the the space in the best possible ways. And when we called about the issue they suggested doing two trips. And of course that would have taken forever so we said no to that, but more money for them and too costly for us! Even after giving the list of things that needed to move, this happened. When we called Marco and told him about the whole situation, he said he would talk to his movers and let me know what he can offer me. And one he is done taking to one of the mover guy, I found out that Marco told him that I complained about the movers being too slow( WHICH I NEVER DID). The movers worked their ass off, but the truck was way to small to get things done quickly. He offered me 40 minutes discount at first but later he said he will just give me 30 minutes discount. He just kept talking and talking, and wouldn't even listen to us. He said we were trying to rip him off! And after the movers done we had to make three trips to move out thing in our cars. Shame on him for not being able to offer big enough truck and blaming us for trying to rip him off. Will never ever hire or recommend Metro Moving Company to anyone!

    Horrible Company DO NOT USE!

    This was my second call to this company in 2 years. I was told the move would be scheduled between 8am and 11am. I arrived at the location by 730 and prepared the items for pick up. By 830 I still had not heard from the movers. So I called in. I was told that they could “arrive anytime between 8am and 11am” to which I laughed because this was not communicated to me. However, I live a mile away my offices are a mile away so I was honestly going to just go down the street and wait. Instead a VERY RUDE man says “Oh you laughing? This isn’t funny. If you are waiting it’s because you didn’t read.” Excuse me? What part of customer service is that? He further went on to call me a “nobody” “a piece of shit” and yelled “to call somebody else.” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional and rude. And they have completely left me hanging on the day of my move without any regard to the inconvenience it may cause me. Horrible experience. Horrible.
