   Rip off

   This company is a rip off. The phone lines doesn’t go through. Last year they took my down payment on a move and told me they won’t refund it. However, I can use it within 2 years. It’s been less than a week and their email is not working and their phones aren’t working. I wasted over $600. It’s a fraudulent company. I will definitely blow this up on social media.

   Rip OFF Company!!

   Don't believe the hype! Fake reviews all over the place! Its been 38 business days since they picked up furniture July 27th. I have called every other day for updates. Customer Service is horrendous with the sub contractor they use and no communication! They talk to you like you're offending them! Who can be without their furniture for a month and not be pissed off??? Dont waste your money!

   Moving Contract

   3 days late from contracted schedule, movers showed up at 6:30PM on 3rd day and told to only pick up framed prints when contracted to move 3 bedroom house . What a disaster from the beginning, poor communication if any. Had to drive all night to new location after no sleep for over 24 hrs. Then movers showed up PM next day with several damaged items with no way to file damage claim because Midnational would not respond and movers had no way to be contacted. Major company to stay away from

   No Communication and Poor Subcontracting

   It's been 3 weeks (21 days) and counting since the movers came to our house. Since then, there has been no communication from the movers and, despite daily calls to MidNational Moving, no updates as to where our things are. MidNational can't contact their subcontractors to give an estimate as to when the delivery will take place (if ever!). No word on a refund or discount despite the huge delay and ordeal.
