   Used Mordue for our recent move. Chris Cassidy and his crew were highly professional and pleasant to deal with. Cannot say enough good about them and not one incident of damage to our possessions. I highly recommend them.

   Easy move.

   I used Mordue for a move across town. Patrick and Lamont did a great job. They worked very hard in the almost 100 degree heat. Both were very professional and polite. Nothing was damaged and everything was placed where I wanted. We went from a 3rd floor apartment to a house. They wasted no time and packed breakables carefully. They assured me they would do a good job and they did. I would use Mordue again.

   Moving Experience.

   Mordue moved me into my new home in 2015. They packed everything up and took great care in making sure things were correctly secured and marked so we knew where everything was. The guys were friendly and worked hard to get everything done in time. I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

   Interstate move.

   I just moved from Peoria, IL area to Franklin, TN. The movers that loaded the truck in Illinois, as well as the team that unloaded my contents, were prompt, professional, and took great care with all my belongings--especially my great-grandmothers antiques. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service and all your furniture in one piece!

   Moved to Indiana.

   The actual moving crew was great and did a great job. My problem was with the salesman. Although a very nice man, he missed his quote and weight by 90%, which cost me about double. If you use this moving company do your homework and estimate your own weight. It was a lesson well learned and wont happen to me again. It was quite costly, and this company would not negotiate to reduce the price.

   My moving experience.

   I moved 8-30-2016. I was in a 2 story house and I pretty much had my things packed except for some pictures and my clothes . When I made it to my new destination things were unpacked and put away. But they left my screws and brackets for my mirror and didn't think to go pick it up at the old location. Then they broke the glass that my picture was in and didn't repay me for the damage. All he said was call my manager..we can tell him but we can't reimburse you for this! I played $400+ and you can't give me $50 back for the picture!?!? Then on top of that..my tables are scratched, my furniture was scraped leaving the bottom lining dangling. My furniture had sweat on it from a mover wiping his sweaty face on it. And that was horrible. I will never deal with mordue moving company ever again!

   Do not use mordue they broke and scratched a lot of my furniture blamed it on the other end or warehouse and never got back to me about the broken items They were also very slow took all day for a very small amount of items driver didn't do very much wish I had used someone else don't make the same mistake I did.

   Worst movers.

   This was the worst move ever (moved two times before across the country). Modrue (Arpin) delivered our furniture 12 days after the end of the delivery window. What was even worst is that no one was telling us anything about when to expect the furniture, the only answer we got is that your deliver spread is 8/12 to 9/2. Not until its after that we know that the furniture is still in Illinois, and we had to call to check on it. Once its delivery day three different people called to ask for the balance which was less $250.   The lack of communication is frustrating, and the fact no one tried to apologize for the delay was more frustrating. They will charge you around $30 for every hour you delay them, but they can delay you more than a week and they will not offer any financial compensation for that or EVEN an APOLOGY. Mordue emplyees need to learn how to act and communicate professionaly .
