High quality service
Best service in town, reasonable price, well educated staff. The manager contacted us after the move to see if everything went smooth. It was very nice of him. We moved a couple of times and used different movers, but this guys are on top!

Skilled and careful guys
Move Central were extremely skilled and did an excellent job. No broken items, no scratches and all walls intact! It was a pleasure to work with them and they also asked if there was anything else we needed before they left! Even if it was a hot day - the job was completed efficiently and with no fuss. I would absolutely recommend these guys for your next move!

Awful Experience
I was convinced that this was going to be the best move yet. However, this is a screwed up system #MoveCentralMoving&Storage has. They bring a moving truck to your house and stuff it full. Then they tell you that they are going to move all of this stuff into pods. $100/month storage for each pod. Movers at our house said we should be able to get everything in 3 pods. 5 pods later, we are paying $500/month for storage. We never got to see how full the pods were or how they are packed. Then to get my stuff back, they want all kinds of deposits. I figure they will put the pods on a truck and get right to me. When I scheduled the move out I was told they would be done at their facility and to my new apartment no later than 11. An hour and a half after that 2 guys showed up. I asked them to set up my beds, as Cesar assured me when I set up this move that they could do, and both men said they weren't the ones who took it apart and they don't know how to put it together. It took them >6 hours to get us out of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that was 90% packed for a total of $2700. Then they charge us $500 a month rent. Then they charged us $250 deposit to move out. The move out charges totaled $1047 and no made beds and everything left on my patio. I do know that moving is very expensive but I surely feel like #movecentralmoving&storage really took two old ladies for a ride on their moving cart. How do I know how long it took them to load/unload the pods? How do I know how full those pods were? Too many questions and too much money spent. Nobody informed me that I needed to pay for the move out service BEFORE my stuff was delivered. Pedro stopped the movers from off loading twice because I couldn't pay him quick enough.

BEWARE -- Don't use!
Actually NO STARS! My son was totally scammed by this company. Quoted a low hourly price over the phone with NO MENTION of the 3-hour minimum charge. The flat rate for time used was quoted verbally 3x with no mention of the 3-hour minimum charge. Once the furniture was moved in, movers showed him the agreed-upon rate x3 = over $600 dollars and refused to leave the property until paid. BEWARE you actually see the contract 3x total before giving them your credit card number.

Horrible company
Horrible company. The worker show up smelling like alcohol, in the rain with no covers, no moving equipments for a rainy day move. I asked the company to reschedule but they refused unless I paid another 250$. Had to stop the move halfway due to the workers not feeling safe due to the rain and broken equipment. The head office refused to help, they asked for another deposit and 3 hrs min to finish the job next day. Broke stuff, shattered glass all over the stairs, a lawsuit and dispute coming their way. Absolute nightmare
