   Worst moving company ever.

   This has been a horrible experience with move it now. I contacted a person whose name is Jason. Our appointment was at 5 PM. They did not show up until 7:35 pm. I called his cell and the office number several times between 5 and 6 Pm and he did not answer which made me very frustrated. He knew I have 2 bed rooms appartment but he brought 14 foot truck. He said they would have to do it on two rides because the truck is small. I was not happy but said fine I just needs to move. After working for 1 hour they loaded the truck and when tried to drive it he broke the gear shift. So obviously we could not move that night. I had to call my work and take a day off because of that. Jason promised me to come next morning at 10 am but again he did not show up till 1:30 pm(3 and half hours late). they did not have enough tools with them so they used my tools. While delivering furniture into my house the couch was not wrapped well so it opened and fell on the wall and created two big halls and a third smaller one. Jason said he will come next morning to fix it (Saturday). Next am he texted me that he can't come because he has to move someone and the other worker's grand mother had heart attack. So he said he will come on Sunday. Again on Sunday he claimed that his leg is hurting him so he can't come and it has to be Monday at 6 PM. On Monday at 5 pm he texted me he can not come because he is off work. I asked him to send someone else, he claimed he is tge only one that can do it in thier company( which is supposed to be a million dollar business according to him). I asked for his boss number (his name is Gerald according to Jason)and he refused to give to me. Bottom line, this is the worst moving company and every one should stay away from it.

   Move it Now USA.

   Move it Now USA was a terrible experience. It started with the salesman not returning or placing a follow up call to confirm arrival. The truck showed up 3 hours late. The movers had no tools to take apart beds, etc. The movers had no experience in moving a commercial treadmill. They turned a 4-6 hour job into a total 10 hour job. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend using them.
