   Move Smart = SCAM!!!! -10 review

   Move Smart is a scammer! They told me I would have my stuff in 5 days and instead, brokered my load to another company who still has my stuff almost 30 days. I talked to Kevin at Move Smart who guaranteed that they would handle my job start to finish. Not only did they take me deposit, they came back a few weeks later saying they needed to charge more since I had a few more items, lamps, guitars, that I did not have in my original inventory. Ok. Now I have to pay, from start. Another moving company thar Move Smart brokered my move to. My moving fee is thousands beyond the original contract, and I still don't have my stuff.

   Liars

   Using this company most likely took an extra 2 years off of my life for the amount of stress they caused my husband & I by lying. They told us we would have our stuff within 7-10 days from pick-up and it took 7 WEEKS! They strung us along the entire time while they had no details on where all of our belongings were and how long it would take for us to have them because they use a middle man company for the transportation ... but know nothing about them besides a phone number. Their service reps are useless and cowards who will ignore your messages. Just know if you call them to set up a move, a friendly guy will “help” you set up your move and will be EXTREMELY eager to charge you BUT JUST HANG UP THE PHONE. Go else where because if you do use Move Smart, they’ll easily convince you they are great and you’ll have your stuff quickly and safe ... but you won’t. I wouldn’t wish the stress they caused on my worst enemy. So do yourself a favor and go else where. OH & I almost forgot to tell you the best part! On the day of pick up, the movers charged us an extra $1,000 saying we had too much stuff even though we literally had everything we original stated on sign up. Just hang up the phone.

   Moving - never use this company.

   Hired this company for a move. Obviously they do not own any equipment, etc but just contact a mover to do the move. When they arrived, the price went up 300%. They picked up our furniture over a week ago and still have not shown up with the furniture. Despite daily calls to dispatch, etc - no one returns calls, etc. PLEASE never use this company - they are terrible.
