   By far the best movers!

   It started raining heavily on the day of our move and we were moving to QC but Move Ottawa team went with the plan as scheduled - no questions asked! This team is hands down the most hard-working set of people we came across! All of our belongings were in a perfect condition! Our move went better than expected! Thank you so much move ottawa team!

   We had an incredible experience with Move-Ottawa for our long distance move (Ottawa to Kingston). Everything was well communicated and coordinated from start to end, they really went above and beyond for us. They have such professional and friendly movers, it was great to work with them!    Move-Ottawa Movers were Great!

   We hired Move-Ottawa Movers to move our 2 bedroom apartment from Ottawa to Hamilton and they made the whole moving experience very pleasant. The movers arrived on time, loaded everything with care, wrapped all the fragile pieces and delivered to Hamilton the next day as promised at the exact price quoted. There were no surprises at all.    Dishonest movers. Please read

   I cannot in all honesty recommend them. The pictures say it all. Rushed. Poorly planned on their part, late, broken china, chipped antique mirror, broken antique click, dented walls, dented and chipped paint off doors. Etc. I got come remuneration but later discovered more broken items. Mirza even called me back asking for MORE money for a calculating error on their part. The Christian in me gave it to him. Still no invoice, my MPr told me that an invoice is the law. But please don't use them. They claim to have 10k in insurance included. I called the Better Business Bureau to check what they post on their site for insurance and how it's worded. Caveat emptor. A complete disaster. Ceaveat emptor. I'd sooner drink gas from an Esso station than recommend them. Sorry. 100% honest Christian here.

   We were hired by Dan to Move a 3 bedroom house from Toronto to Ottawa. During the initial Phone conversation with our Customer Service Representative, Dan was offered packing services which he refused trying to save money. Once the movers arrived in Toronto, they notified Dan of all the scratched furniture pieces as well as old scratched floor and dented doors to which he acknowledged and replied that he is aware of them. Most of his furniture was old and already scratched. Once the move was completed he wasn't willing to pay for the move and starting complaining that he has to pay a lot of money even though our company and Dan agreed to a flat rate. He misbehaved with our representative and even swore at him. Finally he did pay but didn't pay the full amount due. He was given $200 Discount by our Representative as he wasn't willing to pay. After that Move-Ottawa still contacted him in good faith to try to resolve the issue without any fault of ours but Dan remain dissatisfied. Regarding the broken dishes, he Didn't pack them properly. He didn't use any packing paper or bubble wrap. He just put them in a box on top of each other so there was no way they would make from Toronto to Ottawa safely without packaging. Our company has been in business for 13+ Years and have complete 5500 plus Moves. We have thousands of satisfied customers due to our service, professionalism and policies.
