   Came through last minute

   Needed this company to handle a last minute move and they came through big time. The movers were professional, courteous and attentive. No complaints from me and if ever I need movers again I'll be calling this operation.

   I definitely recommend these movers

   I never leave reviews but this company deserves praise. They moved my family and I from Clearwater to Jacksonvile in record time, and their pricing was way more affordable versus other companies I received quotes from. They also deep cleaned my home after they moved us out and the whole experience was excellent. 5 star company, 5 star movers and 5 star rates! They won't be disappointed!

   I was pleased with the first move, especially with the two guys - Adeem and Kevin - who were efficient and friendly. But upon the second move one of the movers was new and apparently balked and delayed because of cloudy weather in the morning. When he got there, despite the other guy being fine to work, this new guy did not want to do the job. It had started to rain a bit, but if they had been there 20 minutes earlier (on time) the truck would have been full. I was mad and Adeem said the co-owner would call to reschedule. He never called and after trying to reach him and leaving many messages, I decided to go with another company.

   Horrible Moving company that are liars and cheaters

   DO NOT use this moving company. They will damaged your furniture, overcharge you and will do show up to your final destination. I can’t stress enough to go to someone more professional even if they are more expensive up front.

   The worst customer service ever

   this is my second time using mover mentality. The first time they were outstanding I have zero complaints. However this time they damaged my bedroom dresser breaking 3 drawers I’ve been calling for a week to get somebody to come out and try to repair it and all of my calls have gone unmet. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Jason was very attentive to get my business however has done absolutely nothing to repair what was broken by his company. three phone calls today of all gone on answered. Please do not waste your time with this company.

   No call no show

   Scheduled a move on Saturday for Tuesday to start between 8-9 AM. Took me somewhere around 7 calls to get someone on the line to schedule my move, should've been my first sign to find someone else. Was assured I was all set but never received a confirmation email from anyone, not thinking anything of it, I took off work Tuesday and woke up early so that I could be here to meet the movers only for them to be a no call no show. I called around 9:15 to inquire what was going on and was told "The guys are on their way to you now. I'll give them a call and have them call you shortly." Waited until 1030 to call again only for my calls and voicemail to be completely ignored. As of 2:45 I still haven't heard back from anyone at movers mentality, luckily I was able to find another company with better rates that didn't charge extra for a same day move. Stay away from Mover Mentality unless you like being ignored and flaked on with no warning. Highly unprofessional
