Requests for Repairs Ignored
1. Movers damaged antique dresser that was specifically pointed out pre-move as fragile. Wooden support holding one of the mirrors broken. Getting bids for dresser repair. Based on the following, zero hope of getting without legal action. 2. Movers forcibly removed IKEA cubby shelving that was bolted to the wall tearing holes in drywall. Provided Co. with receipt of $75 repair. Made 2 requests. Both requests for such a minimal amount were ignored. 3. Paid Co. a portion of moving expenses 2x thru Venmo by mistake. Co. declined request for repayment 2 times. I stopped payment at bank. Venmo covered it and pursed Co. for reimbursement which they got.
