   I certainly appreciate the personal efforts Mason made to ensure that we were treated fairly and that we were satisfied with the results of the move. Despite being the oldest guy on the crew by a fair margin, Mike put the young guys to shame with how hard he worked and quickly he accomplished his tasks. He had the hardest job of everyone and never once stopped being pleasant, polite, and positive. So impressed by this moving company and crew and will definitely recommend them to everyone in a heart-beat! 10/10!

   I have never seen movers take relocations that seriously. MoveR Van Lines intervened in my relocations as if it were their own. They carried the properties carefully, diligently and fast enough. Additionally, they relocated me at cost effective rates. It was such a good deal - something I would like to enjoy. Highest recommendations from my side!

   The guys that showed up were very professional. They wrapped all my pieces in blankets so not to damage anything. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend these guys to everyone I know in a second!

   Excellent work

   The quote they gave me and the final bill were the same with no hidden fees or charges. All companies were willing to pack and unpack our entire offices, but MoveR Van Lines was up for the challenge and gave me an excellent price. Overall, they got the job done fast and nothing was damaged. Thanks for all the help and support MoveR Van Lines. Recommended!

   WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!! AVOID THESE THEIVES!!

   Moved from AZ to AR. Was told they would send an empty truck, they sent a truck that was almost half full with someone else's stuff. When my stuff couldn't all fit in 1/2 a truck, they charged me extra for a 2nd truck to come back to get the rest. 2nd truck was also more that 1/2 full. All of my stuff still didn't fit, but they also took off before getting everything in. When they delivered, my stuff was tightly stuck in the Semi truck with others stuff. Boxes marked breakable and fragile was on the bottom of other boxes that were heavy. Boxes and Totes were broken, Furniture was damaged, several completely destroyed. The boxes that they packed for me were either packed with other "tagged" boxes or were big boxes with one or two items in it. Family heirlooms shattered in boxes marked Fragile, that looked like they played Soccer with it. ALL OF THE FURNATURE WAS DAMMAGED IN SOME WAY!! Most of our stuff was not treated with care, some of our stuff didn't even get delivered!! We are missing 8 known boxes so far!! Currently trying to get a hold of someone, but Sales are the only ones answering the phone. Have been trying for the past couple of weeks with no luck. My time for filling a claim is running out and I am still trying to get things unpacked!! WORST COMPANY/STAFF FOR MOVING EVER!!!

   Worst move ever

   I will never recommend this mover as to my experience with them. No communication, poor packing experience, held my furniture for weeks. Broken dishes, tv, furniture. Boxes delivered were not marked as to which room, poorly boxed belongings stacked on top of each other. Glass shelves not removed before packing furniture so i have had to file a claim with insurance. Delivery men were supposed to discount the move expense. They did not but they told the company that they did, even though I had written evidence of the amount that was due but not reimbursed. Even had a picture of the driver counting the money that was paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will take advance of you as they did us, and they will not be honest with you.

   Been waiting for my furniture for 3 weeks now and the day I got a call that my furniture is in transit, I get another call that there will be delays. Won’t say why or what. Going out of town next week and they said they’ll charge me for storage if I wasn’t available, mind you the delay is on their end not mine. Do not recommend

   they picked our stuff up close to a month ago and have yet to provide an update as to where it is since it left for the final destination... their only response is "keep in mind it can take up to 21 days from the initial delivery date you provided"

    scam movers

    Paid for a move from vegas to maine. My stuff sat in a warehouse for 4 months in vegas until i decided not to move from vegas. Upon delivery where my things were basically thrown out of the truck into the garage late one evening and then they left before i could unpack anything i discovered most furniture items that i did get back were damaged. The majority of my boxes were lost. In short thousands of dollars in lost items or damaged. And that move to Maine that i paid for yet never had the items shipped??? I was told id get a $800 dollar refund. That hasn't happened over 2 months later. I almost forgot.... heres a example ofthe bs they pull before they pick up your stuff. They do a phone quote, I said king size bed. The day before pickup they go over your items again over the phone and on hearing bed they asked if it had a frame. I said " yes i told you before a king size bed not a king size mattress on the floor". Oh no he says thats more for a frame and my price on just that item is raised a few hundred dollars. Fast forward to pick up day and the crew working says " oh you have a box spring with that king bed and frame thats a few hundred more for that item. Now you might say why not argue it, well when you paid the original deposit which is significant for a cross country move and have to be gone by a certain day you have no choice. and these shady af movers know that. stay clear at all cost. and the icing onthe cake was i gave the pick up crew several items from my home i didnt use or need and all the items from my liquor cabinet as a gift.
