   Excellent Service.

   Great service with this company from the initial booking with our move coordinator to paying the bill at the end of service. The three man crew moved my 2 bedroom house within the time frame of 3-5 hours quoted to me with no hidden costs or fees. I knew exactly what I was getting into on the day of the move and the guys were quick, efficient, and super nice. Definitely recommend!

   This company is hands down the best moving company to work with. I've completed 4 moves over a 7-year span and each move was completed timely, and damage-free. I recommend this company to everyone that's looking for a reliable mover.

   Beat moving co I've ever dealt with.

   I just moved across the country and had to find a moving company at the last minute. I was incredibly lucky to find a legit company that was prompt and 100% professional at every stage: Ashley with the initial contact, survey (via skype which helped immensely)and quote; Dario with the contract; Johnny and David H. with the packing; and Wayne with coordination, inventory, driving, and basically being a super hero. Wayne is extraordinary. Words can't do him justice.The second he arrived I knew my move was in the best possible hands and my stress level plummeted. He was competent, professional, and respectful. Most important however he was genuine and authentic and honest so I didn't need to have my guard up. He said he'd arrive in the destination city, 25 hours away, on a certain day and time and he did. By contrast I've had long distance movers be days late at the destination city. With Wayne and Moving Ahead Services in Columbus,OH when they say it they do it. They don't lie to get a job. They are the best moving company I've ever dealt with. They have the best staff by far. So glad I found them.

   Movers.

   Had to coordinate a complicated multi-state, multi-home move in a short period of time. They were outstanding and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend having them pack as they were very efficient and conscientious about fragile items. Will definitely use again and recommend without equivocation.

   steer clear! broken things, terrible customer service

   Stay away from this company! They are not careful and will not respond to you when they break your things. They broke a bunch of stuff and then tried to deny it! They falsely claimed the items were already damaged but failed to offer any evidence of that despite saying they took hundreds of pictures. It took months to follow up as they would not return phone calls or emails. Very, very unhappy. Wish I had read reviews online rather than take a recommendation of a friend.

   Disappointly Poor

   So let me tell you my experience. The movers were very friendly. We fed them, gave them pretty hefty tips. A lot of our stuff was broken, stacked poorly. We are missing items. I was dodged by their manager Scott, whom after a week finally just reached out to the general manager who was little to no help. We had our stuff moved into storage and by the time we found a house to buy, we were out of our claim window. How are we supposed to see what’s broken when it’s packed so tight? We paid for extra coverage which apparently doesn’t matter. If you want your stuff broken, gone missing with a company that’ll deny every and all responsibility for the stuff they broke and lost, this is your company. They had a 30 foot storage unit to work with and packed everything poorly and so tightly we couldn’t see if anything was damaged. So you purchase coverage and then can’t even use it. Impossible to get ahold of anyone too, I email the general manager asking if he could call me so we could discuss all this, and just sends me a text which is posted. Super professional. They also hid stuff they broke.

   Poor customer service and follow up

   In December of 2021 we used Moving Ahead Services in Pittsburgh and it went fine. We just used them again. It is fine until you have a problem. A piece of furniture was dropped off the lift gate and damaged. The third party claim co and the company only wanted to say that we didn’t have the additional insurance. We have discussed w the location GM and HQ personnel. Adam, the VP was supposed to call us back in 48 hours 7 days ago. I called 3 days ago and haven’t heard back. A $3000 piece of furniture that will cost $750 to repair has a recent an offer from Moving Ahead of $250. This was a training issue. Three people on the job and one person was loading. How would you feel if this was you? We are only looking for repair value. Moving Ahead is fine until you have a claim then you are out of luck.

   Movers and Service.

   Paid too much money for poor quality of work. Movers did not move all items due to moving at a snail's pace to stretch out the time. There is no way it takes 5 hours to move bins,bags and furniture for a one bedroom. They didn't even move everything, me and my brother had to move the rest of my things. One of the movers Anthony had an attitude and I willing for me not be recommending anyone to this company.
