   Incredible

   What a company! Couldn’t fault my experience whatsoever. From the first point of contact, James was incredible and on the job he and his team were professional, helpful and made my stressful time of moving from my home of 20 years to feel like it was nothing but stress free. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you James, I’ll be recommending you to everyone.

   Hard Working Troopers!

   From the first point of call to the move date, James has us covered! The team turned up on time on the moving day and got straight to work. Such hard working guys. Communication absolutely fantastic. Piano wrapped and cared for with great detail to work. Would highly recommend.

   Awful company

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They mislead the prices and then invoice you a LOT more than agreed, website says 10% blue light discount but they refuse to implement the discount when the service is complete... When we queried this with customer support, they are very dismissive and just refer to 'terms and conditions' over and over again. They ignore all phone calls and text you back almost instantly saying 'sorry we missed your call, how can we help', almost like they are avoiding direct contact with anyone. The invoice is meant to be sent to the customer on the day of the service however we received a text message the day after stating they had sent the invoice and received no response (they DEFINITELY hadn't sent it). They then threatened us with a late fee of an extra £150 as 'fees need to be paid within 24 hours of the service'. They are obviously scammers that promise the world on their website but then use their so called 'terms and conditions' that they hide from customers to state the opposite and make them feel like they have no way out.
