   I was scheduled to move from CA to AZ. They quoted based on the number of boxes (40). The agent said very clearly boxes not the cu feet. She filled out the items she said there are no issues you can accommodate boxes mixed of Large and Medium. I felt she was very genuine and reserved a spot three months earlier than the move. I paid around$600 as an advance out of around $2200 a moving cost. I was told I will receive one week before the move as a remainder to get the moving confirmation. I never got a call. 24 hours earlier than the scheduled move date (probably around 12 in the noon) received an email saying your scheduled move is tomorrow 11 AM. I called and said I am not ready. This is a last minute notification. They charged me $150 as a reschedule fee. I was very disappointed. Finally they slotted me for a move as per their requirement they need three consecutive days. I gave them three continuous days (M, T, F). I didn't get any confirmation for the moving date. I received a call from the quality/dispatch team to confirm the moving items. I said I have 38 boxes (mixed large and small). They said no as per your quote you don't have accurate 38 boxes for Large or small you need to have exact what is in quote. I felt super shocked. The agent was super rude; he didn't even care about the customer. I was tense as I was supposed to start a new job. I felt everything was messed up. I did not get any confirmation regarding the move until Tuesday for the Wednesday move. I decided to go with the other movers rather than going with them. I would never recommend them. I felt I donated the money to charity. God bless the Gold standard moving company. Very unprofessional movers to the core.

   Waste of money.

   This company had a good sales person that made this whole situation seem like it was going to be perfect for a 10 hour move for me and my teenage daughter. It turns out all this company really did was hire a terrible moving company to pass the buck to. My stuff did pick up on the day that it was scheduled to pick up but since then has been a nightmare. I have been told both that my stuff has been stored in Belleville Illinois and Chicago Illinois I have requested the address of where it’s being stored and they were told me that they will call me back in a few hours with that information. I deserve to be able to know where my stuff is being stored this is everything I own in this life. Moving State to state hired Spark Moving Company for me which has been a nightmare. I have been in my home for two months without my belongings and I continue to get lied to by both of these companies. Once moving state to state had their deposit they were no help in this matter. If you’re going to move hiring yourself an actual move or not one of these companies that called them selves movers. It’s all a scam. I have been from June 19, 2019until today August 20, 2019 Without my belongings, I continue to get lied to you or have phone calls ignored sent to voicemail etc. I just hope that once I do finally get all of my stuff back I don’t have to leave another review that pertains to the condition of it or anything that’s missing like all the other reviews that I’m seeing… Scared about how this may end.
