   I cannot say enough good things about our moving crew

   We moved during COVID and every person we worked with was extremely professional and followed safety protocol (masks, sanitizer, distancing). The movers were fast but thorough. They packed everything with extreme care and we did not have a single item break or go missing. They locked the truck with a special band that they had us inspect when locking and unlocking to ensure nothing had been touched after it was packed. The total move took 3 days (Day 1 to pack, Day 2 to load the truck and drive, and Day 3 to unpack and set up our furniture). They also include a haul-away service for items up to a certain weight limit. MSN Logistics and his crew made our move smooth and as low stress as possible.

   Super Fast

   This is my first time writing a review, but this was a straight forward moving experience that I have had with any moving company. This moving company was just exceptional. Handled everything professionally and timely. Super fast.

   The worst moving company

   Listen I'm not one to leave negative reviews. I work in customer service but this company is the worst. I would never in a million years ever wish anyone to go through the experience I went through. From the begining to the end it was a complete nightmare. I started with the estimate, we went through every single room and they told me it would be a certain amount. Called and asked me if there was anything else several times I told them some things they said no problem. The workers get there at 11 pm at night to move and couldn't finish that day. Company lied and said it was because of a death in the driver's family which I found out was a total lie. The movers were nice, but ended up having to charge me 2x the original price because the estimator lied. Were not able to get everything so wr had to push back the date we could close. Kept my storage and again lied about the cost. It was triple the amount they said it would be. Getting our stuff back was another nightmare. took them almost a week. The movers damaged so many things because they wanted to go home which they stated several times. Our king size bed is broken. washer door is completely cracked. My son's crib which I understand they could not out back together was also damaged. They were chips all over all of our expensive furniture and not one person has reached out about our experience. They place should be out of business. Save yourself a headache and money and Please go somewhere else!! all this company cares about is screwing you. I wish I could give this moving company 0 stars it was that terrible.

   Liars and Thieves

   The moving company I hired outsourced to this company. Most of my things were either stolen or destroyed. Everything they did deliver was covered in red dust, from what they claimed what a "severe truck accident". First I was told they would reimburse me for the cost of the move, and ultimately they paid me nothing. They are liars and thieves and you should hire a reputable moving company that does not outsource the move. I filed a complaint with the federal agency that oversees movers and I just started complaints with the Attorneys General of Illinois and Florida, which are the states where these companies are based. Buyer beware, and for those us who have been cheated, file complaints and put these people out of business.

   HORRIBLE MOVE

   DO NOT USE!!!! As many have mentioned, it starts of well. The pick up went smoothly and our items fit beautifully in the truck. The delivery was supposed to arrive 5 days later in South Carolina. We had no idea it was going to be off loaded and stored to come only when they found another carrier weeks later after hours upon hours of time on the phone trying to track down our stuff. Finally, our goods were then loaded into another truck in the most outrageous, haphazard way. Boxes were crushed and numerous pieces of furniture were broken. I lost hundreds of dollars of my collectibles not because of how they were packed but because of how they were moved! I had tried to purchase additional insurance and was convinced not to purchase. The cost was going to be additional $7000 for insurance!! The claim process was a joke. After hours of filing a claim I was offer only $80!!!!! BE WARNED DO NOT USE!

   HORRIBLE- TERRIBLE- DO NOT RECOMMEND

   Where to begin... besides starting with once upon a time and ending with NIGHTMARE! My mother is in her 60s- she moved from IL to GA to be near myself and my 4 year old- She stumbled across Budget Van Lines/Best Quality Movers because the internet must have heard her thoughts. She called and spoke with a wonderful gentleman (I believe his name was Mark) He quoted her and she was very excited. She was told that a crew would come in... pack her things.. ALL OF HER THINGS... they were giving her 30 boxes... 2 wardrobes.. the list went on and on. She was impressed and ready to start this part of her life. The movers showed... in a TINY box truck- 2 men... language barrier.. and immediately told her the job would be $2,000 MORE dollars than she was initially quoted. At this point- she is stuck.. because she was closing on her home the next day and didnt have time to secure back up- The men were frustrated that they had to work it seemed. Let me tell you- she sold all of her furniture- she had clothes and a huge mirror 2 tvs, 2 beds and a dresser (a few other odds and ends) One of the workers leaves to get packing supplies (Why he didnt have that to begin with is beyond me) he is gone for 45 mins! He returns... they used her bubble wrap (that she purchased- her tape- and the paper that he went to pick up). They were throwing things all over... stuffing things in boxes.. not really showing care or concern for her items. I watched them box a few things and corrected them on what NOT to do (as things will break) - we cross that hurdle... her stuff is gone and in route... she was quoted a final price for delivery... $980... when the driver arrived in a HUGE semi truck.. he called and told her he couldnt turn into her complex and needed to rent a Uhaul- to transfer the stuff and it would cost her ANOTHER $1,000 for that! OMG! Again.. what is she to do? She needs her stuff.... She asked that a manager call her back... NO CALL... They were very nice when trying to secure her business... not caring at all on the back end. Her stuff arrives at her new condo... MOST EVERYTHING IS BUSTED- BROKEN- DESTROYED! Nothing had fragile noted on it... She had a huge 6 foot tall mirror that was SHATTERED! Destroyed- the driver told her he could give her $48 for it!!! A $700 mirror that you DESTROYED and you offer $48 funky dollars! They broke her dresser- a shelf.. a small chair that is leather has a rip down the back (it seems they opened the wrap with a box cutter and sliced it) No regard.. no concern... rail roaded A SENIOR CITIZEN... it was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE terrible experience. When she asked to speak with a manager... someone said they were aware of the situation and HUNG up on her... I felt horrible for her and will shout to the mountain tops how crooked and under handed this company is. Why would you do people that way?! Who treats people that are already going through a stressful time so poorly? Shame on you! The contractors- whomever works or is affiliated... SHAME- SHAME- SHAME.... I would walk each item down to GA myself before I EVER referred or used this company again... a quote of $3,100 turns into a $8,000 move! AND THERE WASNT ANY REAL FURNITURE... I cant imagine if she hadnt sold her big items... that would have been $10-15,000.. SHAME! I referred a friend... who moved from California to TX her experience was much better... but I will write on every site available how underhanded and despicable - this was a HORRIBLE way to treat someone... I have never seen anything like it!

   Run don't walk from this compay

   Crooks, thieves, corrupt. Stole, damaged, broke $10k of my furniture and tools and now want offer me $.60 per lb to remedy. My tools alone that they stole were $3k.
